Tommy Traynor I think was one

Foreboding as the last few games have shown unless we buy nearly a new team we are going to struggle in the PL next season I think we need a whole new back four plus goalie what we have are OK for back up
-
But they won today and made up loads of goal differerence going to be an interesting few games. having not been to the new Wembley perhaps a playoff Final would be pretty good
-
Now West Ham only six goals behind 3 0 up after 10 minutes
-
It is my Birthday tomorrow and we usually perform well on that Date 13/04/2010 Bristol Rovers 1 - 5 Southampton 13/04/2009 Southampton 1 - 0 Crystal Palace there are other examples as well including 13/04/1996 Southampton 3 - 1 Man Utd
-
Surely nobody is nervous now
-
I hope every one is calm Pl here we come Well done to Cortese Adkins and Pardew (for bringing in Lambert and Fonte)
-
Get a ****ing grip Football is just a game a past time it will not be the end of the world if we dont go up. That said we will be in the PL next season because West Ham will not catch us
-
A point today would be OK but I expect we will get all three
-
I thought the same at the Bristol Game - David James is still a top Goalie Although it is getting tense at the Top of the table but I still think Saints will do it
-
I would not be surprised if we beat Pompey easily like they beat us in 2005
-
Everybody I speak to who are not Saints Fans thinks we will go up Lets face the other teams apart from Reading are unable to sustain a promotion winning run of games Look at Cardiff B'Ham Middlesboro West Ham all inconsistent
-
Yes I agree with you but we will struggle in the PL Blackpool had so much pace

It is possible that Osborne is telling the truth about his tax arrangements although he is very economical with it usually. Income from his company would be subject to 42.5% Dividend Tax Income from selling his house would be subject to Capital Gains Tax Perhaps he can offset his rental against mortgage payments made. I dont really care how much he earns just care about how his economic plans are hurting me my family and the country his tax cutting is too austere
-
I think you will be surprised to learn that most benefit is paid to the elderly children the sick and to working families to cover Tax Credits as well as both Housing and Council Tax Benefit Of course there are the workshy but the amount paid to them is not as much as you think but there are approaching 3 Million a huge proportion of that figure are looking for jobs and deserve some money If people got a living wage not the minimum wage the welfare budget could be very much reduced as of course it would be if there was availability of council housing at reasonable rents. The main failure of the last Labour Government was in the area of building affordable housing so people are being ripped of by private landlords and people like you and me have to pay for it.

I think you are a little niave if you believe that By the way the papers have an interesting take on the Budget http://twitpic.com/8zn92i

So where is the plan for growth
-
Cameron gives millionaires like himself a £40,000 tax cut. And Granny's are paying for it

Although I was born in Southampton in 1946 we moved away when I was 4 and returned in 1962 when I watched my first game with my brother in August lost to Bury 3 1 still go with him 50 years later Went to Uni in London 1964 and watched my first away game v Crystal when we lost live in Berkshire now Went to both Leyton Orient games when we got promoted in 1966 and 1978 it was much more tense in those years compared with 2012 as now I cannot see us failing to go up and it is the middle of March
-
Just keep calm everything is going mostly our way this season
-
Surprising how many Penalties Liverpool have missed http://lfcstats.co.uk/missedpenalties.html
-
I always expect him to score with his Penalties perhaps PL Goalies may have better luck next season but I doubt it Any idea of the ratio of Penalties Scored to Penalties missed in the Championship
-
I said he became the best CF in Europe after joining us so I think he was the best signing but Lambert has been extremely good too Ron was joint top goal-scorer 1967–68, along with George Best. On 16 August 1969 he scored four goals, all headed, in a match against Manchester United at Old Trafford, Matt Busby said that Davies had no peer in Europe.
-
Yes quite agree Apart from Ron Davies who was the best CF in Europe after joining SFC I think Lambert has been our best signing in the past forty years

What a load of Rubbish
