The only way that I could see us considering Richards is as some sort of part exchange deal. Not good enough for City, probably not good enough for us.

The only problem being that apart from Victor the rest are all pretty small blokes whereas Morgan and Jack Cork are 6 footers. Don't know that there is still much room for midget midfielders in English football really.

And yet he's the player with the highest number of wayward passes in the PL, perhaps they count the numerous centres that his forwards don't get on the end of though. Trippier attempts 40 odd passes per game on average and about 40% of them go astray.

Plus he wasn't getting any anyway (wages that is).

Is not AM's central defence entirely peopled by Argentines,Brazilians and Uruguayans? Managers tend to have binkies you know, often from their own regions of the globe. Toby is a good player, might not have totally fitted into Simeone's schemas though.
