Cheick Tiote admits fake licence
Window Cleaner replied to Saint in Paradise's topic in General Sports
6 points on a licence he doesn't in fact have, what is the point of that really ? Unless of course he's passed his test since then and got a real licence. -
depends why he isn't getting into their side. If he's crap we certainly don't need him and if he's been a knob ...well we don't need him either.
-
good point, that would in fact mean that against the 9 opponents they've had so far they won them all those games last season. Whereas this season they got beaten at home by Villa and only drew with West Brom away. The test for the Arse will be when they get their usual mid-season injury crisis as they would seem to have tougher opponents mid term this season.

On the Ipod etc stuff. According to IAAF rules (under which these big events are usually run) all forms of electronic devices and aids are banned in competitive events, they're not going to turf you out if you're mid-pack though because then they'd have to start implementing rules on advertising on clothng, not having a Nike top and Adidas shorts (or similar) and out of zone refreshments which are all of course banned under real IAAF rules. My girl is a (fairly) top runner and she always trains with an IPod but you need to watch out when crossing roads and stuff.

Well you'd have to surmise that the earlier "sighting" was supposed to be one of their Tapas friends so they'd give it more weight than that of an unknown.

but after the 1st 9 games last season QPR actually had less points than Palace do today. 3 for QPR and 4 for Palace, mind you QPR had had some pretty rough fixtures by then last season, Citeh,Chelsea etc; They'd not won a single game in 9 which is why Hughes got sacked I guess. So there are 2 ways of looking at it from Palace's point of view, either they're roughly the same as QPR and are bound to go back down or that they have the same number of points as we did from 10 games last season and we stayed up.

A half is only 5k more than 10 miles, the fact that you could up your pace at the end tends to indicate that you still had something left in the tank so what you could do should you fancy the gosprt half is take in fairly easily through to say 3 miles, put in a good shift at something like your GSR pace through to about 11 miles and then ease home or push on depending how it's going for you at that point. Never run the Gosport half myself but I did run a couple of Pompey halves (when they had that March time I think) and for sure the ambiance and hence the stress at the start will be far less. There used to be a 10K around Poole park at Christmas time and then you have all the Turkey trots and what have yous. Anyway here's the Hampshire AA calendar, might be worth looking for the other local calendars as well. http://www.hampshireathletics.org.uk/events/calendar.html

we'll be in black right ? Couple of awesome performances with that shirt already.

Ah but we still have Cardiff (ie wigan) at home to catch up a few points should we not win those 3, you could say that WBA won't tonk us at home either on this year's form so that's more points we can make up fairly easily, idem norwich at home unless we play Gazza to gift them a goal or two that is. Just last year's form plus our good start plus those 3 games would see us on somewhere around 60+ points wthout improving on results like Sunderland and Fulham away.
-
so what is being projected is as if they would now pick up as many points as they did in the last 29 games last season...yeah right. Unless the green table is last seasons final 29 games and this season's first 9.
-
we'll see when we get to the end of the beginning as Winston would have called it. Looking for another 8 points from the next 4 games myself to keep up our 2 points per game average.

Is fish sex keeping people awake in Hampshire?

I had sex with a skate once as well, Weston Shore, she made quite a bit of a racket as well. -
Anyone else not exactly thrilled by Lovren?
Window Cleaner replied to 110_Persaint's topic in The Saints
I think he has f'd off actually or been banned, haven't seen anything from him of late, was just a WUM anyway. -
Looks like the Eagles season is toast again then, in fact everything is toast in Philly.

Watched the Tyne-Wear derby, awful game, kick and rush, expected better than that from Newcastle really.

Post Match Reaction: SAINTS 2-0 Fulham
Window Cleaner replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Boruc deals with crosses and corners incredibly well, cuts out the danger before it can even start, true it's part of the job and any top keeper should do it all of the time but we've had a couple who didn't or couldn't. He also has the art of giving the lads a 30 second breather without getting gee'd up by the ref for time wasting.Important towards the end of the game yesterday because our midfield was looking knackered and getting a bit ragged which is entirely normal after 80 minutes of high intensity effort. -
ah well back to the drawing board.
-
they're down to 10 men as well I believe.
-
Team very much as expected after VMAN's news, DO + SD out, Lambert and JWP in, rest as per usual.
-
DO could still play some part i suppose, depends just how 'minor' his knock is.
-
Perhaps Chung will be on the bench, if he gets on he might even score. Only a 6/1 shot to score first, do they know something we don't then ?? Same odds as JRod and shorter than Lallana or Berbatov, strangely strange.
