Chaplow is a decent player but not in the role he has with us. He's an offensive midfielder and we already have shedloads of those. I just suppose that we brought him here to play in a 4-2-3-1 sort of system and have since abandoned that,mainly because our strike force had a long period of not striking.

True I gave up watching after an hour but it's a crap game that, there are those who can't understand why we can't break sides down when we have a vastly superior squad, West Ham are demonstrating just why that is.Spurs huff and puff but Wham are just shutting them down so hard that they're not making any clear cut chances.

He wouldn't have a free role here, that's what I keep trying to tell you all. You cannot use a player like Howard and a player like Lallana in the same side with any great certitude of success.You play Howard and you have to sacrifice either Ox or Adam because if you don't you would be criminally exposed at the back.Chaplow is already limit in this role I doubt that Howard would be any better.

Now it would appear that the insurgent rabble defied the "no fly zone" and then shot down their own plane. I don't doubt that he believes that the players we have should be able to step up and secure promotion any way. If that shouldn't happen then I guess he has every right to moan,as do we.There are no suspension other than Gobern for the time being.Deano and Chappers still have an error margin and we have no idea where we are with Morgan (some info might be useful there then) Even if Deano should get booked today and again on Tuesday(which he won't) it might not be the end of the world because we have options to cover that if necessary. We might still get a loan player in anyway, just probably won't be Howard.

It's not a great deal compared to past sponsors apparently,I don't know,perhaps the figure isn't right anyway. FP put up quite a lot of money for naming rights and sponsorship, £3/£4 million something like that over about 4 years.

Although if you believe sources quoted on the Ugly we're not making a great deal out of it. About 190K£ a year. Then again I have no idea as to the validity of the source.

And you can surmise all that because we don't take 1 player who we don't forcibly need on loan for 12 matches? It would be a waste of money,we have 20+ players on professional contracts including some who are no doubt highly paid for the division we play in. I'm not Cortese's biggest fan but that's rubbish.
