Of course, you'd have to go back months, possibly as far as November when he tendered his resignation and began to withdraw from the club to make such a claim; or it might be just be that the board's plans are a bit flaky which doesn't augur very well for the most important parts of the 'business'.

Jrods up at Newcastle was excellent, especially the speed and incisiveness of the break. Also preferred Lambo's at Fulham to Jrod's in the same game. Great buildup (20+ passes) and one two between Clyne and Davis and a lovely calm finish.

We've been very unlucky with injuries this season, that's for sure. Shown us just how thin the squad is and what little quality in depth we have.
