I am like a lot in that money is tight. Membership always gives one the feeling of being part of the club. My nippers going to be a junior and in a couple of years his kid sister will be one as well. So yes we want to keep membership going.

With regard to possible crowd size I have a hunch we will sell a lot more tickets after the scare than would normally have been the case. Everyone that I have spoken to today is talking about getting a season ticket. It is highly likely that we will do very well and even more so if we have bought a few players that are good enough to get us up to the CCC. The new owner will want us to climb back up and I feel he will tolerate very few idiots for long.

The team needs at least 2 minders. A proven goalscorer would be rather useful as would be a big strong and mobile CB.

I can see no reason for us not to go for promotion. If we can get off to a reasonable start we could always buy the odd player or two in the January transfer window. Even if we don't make it this season we would be in a good position for the following season.

They did have the basis of a good team to begin with as well.
