I hope the announcements are of the kind we want to hear. Any less and we will be starting to fret just a little. Or maybe a lot. I still have the faith and believe we will be ok

I dread the Millwall game the way things are going. Stern refuses to stay and Saga and Rasiak are both likely to go as well. The way we are shipping out players we will be back to the junior team. It is a cause for concern that time is running out with no sign of importing sensible recruits for our league season ahead. I still remain confident that we will be ok this season but my expectations are lowering as time goes by.

He isn't good enough to get a game perhaps.

I did mention this subject a while back on another thread. Personally I feel it could be a double whammy. It wouldn't cost a lot to allow the girls back into the fold as they could always play at Staplewood. Lowe slung them out years ago and ever since they have struggled. It would be another way to show the world our prowess and colours. Anything that can bring our city to the fore has to be a good thing.

Maybe I am showing my stupidity but id Radio Hampshire were bought out by whoever why can't they do the same as the previous tenant? I would have thought a radio station based in SMS would be in pole position.

Hopefully we will give a few different players a game along with some from Saturday. QPR should then be a final runout for the team AP wants to play against Millwall.

I agree with a lot that to attain such a high position we will need some more players. AP is not a fool and he will know already how poor we are in some positions and be planning to do something about it.

In the last 30 years we have not been down in div 3. I am hoping for an AP miracle but not expecting it. If we start reasonably well as has been said by so many of us then there is no reason why we shouldn't be going for a minimum of top 6. Doesn't mean we will necessatily get it but no harm trying.

AP and co will give us the points I am sure.

Missed todays game but quite liked what I saw again Hearts. Murty seems to need nothing more than a few games allied to a loss of some weight to be a very useful addition.

I have always thought Fish had something about him. His loan spell last season seems to have done him the world of good. With one more game to be played I will be interested to see the team picked for next season. If it is something like today I will be hoping for a similar performance. AP seems to be having a good effect on the players and long may that continue.

+1 I think we are thinking along the same lines. Steady the boat and then look for the players to help us push on in the places most needed.

I can't make it due to prior arrangements. Would be nice to think Pards will use it as a proper game and to try to get his first team playing together how he wants.

Picking up a few free players will be a short term fix. We need to get ourselves ready for a new season with time running out very quickly.
