If we were to sign the form requested and it was proven an unlawful demand what next? An appeal to allow an appeal?

They didn't read out a statement but did say that the whole sorry mess is now down to the FL. Any prospective buyer has now to sign a legal document stating that they will not appeal the 10 points. They are so blatantly in the wrong that they are willing to let the club fold to keep their position of power. Pitiful.

Far as I'm concerned we can have a team full of big strong ugly so and so's as long as we have a team. A team that will work it's socks off and will stand up to the slightest hint of aggro.

Sorry but I have to disagree. All Lowe would have done is find a way to waste even more money.

I don't know who is more excited, me or my 5 nearly 6 yo son. He is really excited and looking forward to the new season. I am still afraid that this season will start slowly. More so as we have to start rebuilding after everyone else.

KK in my book is okay but very emotional. Ince is the guvnor and what he says goes. I like Tisdale as a promising future star and feel he has done well in both his jobs and deserves a shot with us. He could be anything and till someone takes the bullet by the horns who will ever know? Yes it may be a bit of a gamble but not that much in my book.

I'll go along with that. Div 3 sth and onwards. I have seen us go up to the then Div 2 back down to 3 and up again. Twice promoted to the top tier and then along comes him whose name we do not mention. We are not a big club when looking at support level but grew used to being in the top tier. We have always sold players to stay afloat and unless our new owner is stupidly rich always will. For us to compete with the big boys we need a larger stadium and crowd capacity that is taken up by the missing support. To start with a few full houses would help us no end.

We are saints fc supporters and sanity and us does not tally.

4 straight wins will have us in the points before september. Then we can dream about making a bid for the playoffs.

I don't know what you have against Tisdale but he has succeeded everywhere he has coached/managed. He may have started his life at the bottom so to speak but you can't do more than win. Plus he does it with a little bit of style. Of the names you mentioned, can you guarantee they would do a better job? No, i don't think so. Though there is no sign yet that he will be the chosen one.

The thing that I just don't understand is why Lowe selected JP and Wotte. What had they done to give him any idea that they could do a job for us in the plight we were in?

Rasiak is not as big and strong as some seem to think. He is not causing a stampede as clubs fight to sign him on. If he was as good as some think then his wages would be cheap as he would help us get back up to the CCC. I have seen him when given a hit by a large defender and he spent the rest of the games looking to steer well clear of the aggro. He can be good but will play against a lot of big strong types who will quite happily give it large to an international. That said he does have a better ratio of goals to games than any other player we have.
