  1. The £500,000 would help in at least two ways in my book. First it gives Pinnacle more time to decide what they are going to do. Secondly it gives us breathing space in which we either get fair prices for the likes of Dyer,Rasiak and co or at least push the price up. Either way we are all hoping the deal is done quickly enough to enable us to have the management team in place with yime to sort out our tsquad of players.
  2. Any player that wants to go should be allowed to . On condition, of course, that a sensible fee is arranged which is enough for us to buy players that want to come here. We have to cut our cloth according to our means and if that means chopping and changing for the start of the season, so be it.
  3. I think it will be now. MLT kept us in the Premier/First division for so long and looks like helping to keep us alive.
  4. Until I paged down i was concerned. Got me. I will get one and hope to find the ground at least 3 parts full.
  5. Brilliant. Thanks for the memories Matt
  6. Try as hard as some will, I don't think we can have our relief at the news removed.
  7. For you to think such must mean that you are one of the some. Get over it and wake up. We may have found a buyer capable of lifting the gloom. I FOR ONE AM READY TO BUY A SEASON TICKET, AS AND WHEN THEY APPEAR, AS I FEEL ARE A WHOLE LOT OF OTHER SUPPORTERS.
  8. Saint Matthew sounds so much better.

You clearly do not understand what i have wrote ! Nothing wrong with what this Tony Lynam has wrote but we do not want to see continual stuff ala Wilde ! Unfortunately as we are all wierdos on here we are incapable of understanding the deep and meaningfull comments posted by your good self. As the vast majority of us on here are primarily saints fc supporters could we possibly be allowed a little good feeling? Especially as we have waited for such a long time for a glimmer of hope.
  10. Now that the future looks a bit more rosy perhaps we can pick some names for the team.
  11. How about THE TRUTH,THE WHOLE TRUTH and nothing but THE TRUTH.
  12. Only problem being money and the lack of it.
  13. It's not so much the surviving but in what manner that worries me.
  14. Mills will be there then as well.
  15. Rattles may be out but we still have ways of making a noise. The seats for one. And yes I have but do find the crowd a lot quieter than it was at our old stamping ground.
  16. Does that mean we can start?
  17. We have gone full circle since I began my life as a saints fan. Why not go back to the songs we used to sing before matches at the dell. Oh when the saints and 2-4-6-8 who do we appreciate.
  18. See the skates have been bought by an arab sheik. Now they will be able to spend to stay where they are. Can't get any worse can it? Why can't we get someone to buy this club of ours so we can try to compete. Forget Barca we could well be watching our neighbours rise if they spend money wisely.
  19. Sorry folks but I don't get it. Man U have had a blindingly good season and met a team that has scored over 150 goals this season. Barca showed us all how good they are attacking and holding on to the ball. They earnt the right to boast for a year that they are the best there is at the moment. How can we gloat because Utd got stuffed? I bet a few of you would like to be in their position.
  20. A pint of porter will do nicely
  21. I, Myself and Me or should it be me, myself and I, would like to take this opportunity to thank the gentlemen who are aiding our grammar at this most difficult of times.
  22. Excuse me, but Wotton and running in the same sentence just doesn't work.
  23. To be fair, I lived in the "Blue" for a while. Kids went to Galleywell school where they learnt nothing of use to normal families. Couple of good boozers there ut not for non Millwall fans.
  24. To be fair I lived in the blue for a while. Three of our kids went to Galleywell school of the Galleywell road. Back to the subject and having seen the playoffs I feel slightly concerned that we could have a right good struggle with our present squad.
  25. I like the idea of a replica shirt with every season ticket. The cost to the club would not be that great and they would have the funds to buy a couple of players. If we could match the ST total for last year that would be a good start. More would be a bonus.
