Time is of the essence yet it appears nobody is in a great rush to seal the deal. There must be a point when it will be to late and we are going to be made to fight with the players we have. If we have a club and players, that is. As soon as the players are unpaid they can walk. How many we want to keep will no longer be of any concern. Please hurry up and seal the deal.

There has been so many different problems regarding rules and still I expect more to follow. We will not be the last club hit with point reductions and I believe we could well see some more clubs hit this coming season. The FA has a lot to answer to and they should be able to put a stop to a lot of the trouble smaller clubs have by allowing a greater percentage of sky's money to go to the lower leagues. West Ham are the club who got away with most. Not the same I know but rules are rules. We on the other hand do not appear to have broken any rules aother than the one that says do not spend more than you have. I still feel Pinnacle will come across but am slightly concerned about the length of time being taken. There are pros and cons for the fight but at the end of the day we should do what is best for the club. Unless there is a hidden punishment awaiting us we should sign on the dotted line and start rebuilding. The delay is going to cost us a lot more if we are not careful. All IMHO of course, for what it's worth.

Does make you wonder but, we still don't know all the facts and until we do I for 1 will hold back my judgement.

If we were to have the 10 points returned the rest of the clubs would be so ante saints every game would be a war.

Having read some of the posts on other threads the answer is not so simple. Yes we deserve the points reduction. However is there another kick in the teeth waiting in the wings? Could there be more points waiting to be added? Right now I would say take the 10 points as long as there are no more to come.

I am another supporter who is in the know. I like several other in the knows don't very often get the info across very well. Perhaps it is our limited vocabulary or perhaps sheer ignorance of the facts. Today though I know that people snapping at each other because you don't like what has been written is totally unwanted. We have enough problems without adding to them. Let us show the world, yes the whole wide goddam world, how we can all pull together. As it so happens I have read some wonderful posts on this site and some totally abnoxious ones. So far Derry is in my books a person who tries to say it as it is.

I think you will find that these new findings are from the FL and not from the club/admin etc.

Correct me if i am wrong, and it wouldn't be the first or last time, but TL has contact with this site. In which case he will see that the FL have succeeded in joining all saints supporters together in a way nobody has been able to do for a very long time. Everybody seems to be saying very similar things. We are all now firmly ante FL(Lord W) and behind the club. The whole sorry saga is about to hit the fan and someone(Lord W) is going to get far more than he reckoned on at the beginning of this story. Even though we are still in a mess I am feeling more confidant this morning. I feel certain that Pinnacle have the knowhow required to sort this out and in so doing push the FL into changing their rules.

That is the one thing that I have been worried about for weeks. What happens when we come out of Administration?

Why can't the Club/Pinnacle get an injunction out if this FL move is as unlawful as it seems?

Why don't Pinnacle simply go to the FL and tell them that they will sort out the rules for the future admistrative needs of clubs with money troubles. Charge them enough to buy some quality and ???? then wake up.

Yes I reckon it does now. Trouble is we need them to do the unthinkable and back down.
