The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

Zero thought and planning has gone into this, it's just an old failed idea rehashed and dressed up in a cheap headline to try and distract from the chaos. The good news is that a few more people have this week wised up and see this dead cat for what it is. -

When Dido Harding's husband decides even they can no longer take money from this government and he jacks in his role because he thinks the PM should resign, that's like Gary Glitter saying you're too noncey for his liking. The game is up - HMS Boris is fucked, it's just a matter of how long before it sinks, and how many fuckwits are still on the decks parroting excuses as they all slip beneath the waves. Big decisions right, glug, glug, leading the world, glug, glug, vaccine rollout, glug, glug....glug.... -

Nah, I'm still not seeing a guy who lost even an hour of sleep over depriving the most vulnerable when they were desperate for help. I see a ruthlessly ambitious multi-millionaire who wouldn't think twice about murdering his own granny if it would get him into no.10, and who has parroted some of the maddest shit in defence of the fucking over the NHS. Hunt by name... -
This whole not being in the EU seems to have come as a surprise to a few of those travellers - I'm sure most media outlets have at least touched upon Brexit in passing. But having voted to lose privileges and make travel more difficult, the thicker ones seem surprised that they've lost privileges and that travel is more difficult.

This specific issue is not about a race - this is about honesty, integrity and the ability to do a job. If MPs are really concerned about the report findings, delaying until a decent candidate emerges is not a factor - change is needed now, for country and party. Some MPs care about honesty, the rest need to do a better job of pretending they do. Delaying change for selfish reasons is so Boris it would demonstrate that nothing has changed. -

Dr Shipman is doing a really bad job but it will take ages to find a decent replacement GP, so the only logical course of action is to let him continue. Said no one. -

That's a bit harsh - they might be drips but at least they're doing the right thing at last. 😎 -

I thought this was a Twitter joke earlier.... He is now actually rewriting our legal systems to protect himself and has now made it very difficult to stop dodgy MPs of all parties. Surely this is enough for anyone now - even if you love Boris you have to admit that you can't have people at the top, from any party, who are above the law? That creates a corrupt dictatorship, and we used to be better than that.... -

Beep, beep, beep, the dithering Boris bus is in reverse, backing over all those who have defended him! Yeah, we're set for their biggest U-turn yet as they take on the policy Captain Hindsight suggested frigging weeks ago, just to distract from the criminality. Maybe it's not hindsight but common sense and decency?... Either way, expect to see multiple dead cats thrown on tables, a wobbling Nadine Dorries making up shit, and a succession of pathetic cabinet ministers covered in tyre marks explaining how when they said this could never happen they meant the opposite. Let's hope it's a proper tax now, not some staggered half-arsed shit coming in by Autumn 2024 - and that it actually helps people. -
All those extra hours that Prowsie puts in on the training ground perfecting his free-kicks, how about McCarthy stays on late too and tries passing to some fucking cones?

He was specifically asked if there was an event on that day, he clearly said there wasn't, even though he attended it. This photo proves that he lied to Parliament. Forget the cheese or wine, 10 mins here or there, the parties, was there cake, denials, reports and all that shit - the offence is that the PM intentionally lied to the House, and in every case that is always a resigning matter. -
I remember how people who had never seen us play thought we were nuts for sacking Puel when in his last few months he was emptying the ground with negative tactics and setting up to try and scrape through every home game 0-0. Other supporters just looked at the table and decided he must be a genius. Now we have the band of social media experts who are saying Burnley should never have sacked Dyche. He was taking them down, no doubt, set in stone - their points per game improvement since his sacking puts them 10th - the mistake they made was not sacking him earlier - while off the field their new owners are all over the show they were probably correct to change the dressing room. Leeds too - fans were horrified when Bielsa went, but he was dragging them down with mad suicidal football that made us look tight at the back - he had no balance between entertaining and staying up, he had to go. It's not always easy to comment on other sides if you don't see all of their games, but those two sackings appear justified, and the appointment of Lampard still looks like a huge gamble, so there could be some comedy left in the Everton is a Huge Club saga.

We are in a post-truth world where many voters won't admit their mistakes, don't care about honesty, and would listen to that ridiculous interview and still claim that Boris is a lovely bloke who has done nothing wrong. (and some are as thick as pig shit and believe every fucking word, so they vote themselves into poverty and watch their taxes disappear through blatant corruption) 🙂 -
Lord T and I happily live off the royalties from the Pompey Takeover Saga.

This refusal to tax the energy companies is obscene. For government to look the other way and enable energy companies to increase their already booming commercial success by exploiting pensioners and the poor should surely be a step too far for reasonable people?

Nadine Dorries - thick and unpleasant in equal measure. He needs to sack her, the joke has gone way too far, she is like Chris Grayling's dimmer sister - and we have to pay her to be stroppy, rude and to misunderstand every fucking question she's asked. -
Are we still leading the world in everything and do we still hold all the cards? Just asking for a friend.

You mean people will be booing for no reason and won't even know themselves why it's happening? Sounds a bit odd. Whenever I cheer or boo I'm usually aware, and I tend to have a reason for said action. Ignoring something you don't support is one thing, making the effort to boo it is a clear statement.

Fraser Forster is no mug, he's asked his mum to write a note because he has a tummy ache....

This whole court case has really given her the chance to put across her bubbly, kind and cheerful side. What a lovely lady.

Every time Anderson opens his mouth something ugly, ignorant or dangerous comes tumbling out. His CV reads like a fucking car crash and he's clearly a hypocrite who enjoys the company of extremists and will say anything to gain the votes of any lunatic fringe. His opinions on food poverty support the theory that he is one of the thickest and more unpleasant MPs - quite an achievement as this is a very competitive category in 2022. -
He's clutching at straws.

Liverpool need something unusual to stop Man City now - perhaps our players could drag back an ounce of respect by denying them a win and deciding the title? It's good to have a dream.
