What are you saying ? That we should completely change the world we live in ? Unfortunately, rightly or wrongly these are capitalist times, you take both the positives and negatives of that in the same way as if it were socialist. More houses just means more buy to let mortgagers anyway. More should be done to get first time buyers on the market.

Pretty much it I moved out when I was 21 after saving for a deposit, a two bed maisonette, I was on the bones of my ass, I worked hard to do the place up and get more money behind me, I then bought another place at 25, 3 bedrooms, same situation as before, moving up the career ladder and saving a deposit. I have now managed to buy my third house, one I am very happy with but it needs work and Ive obviously got a bigger mortgage.

I can confirm this

Im alright I think, everyones a lot more OTT on a forum then in real life. I let people go at crossroads, let people cross the road. Have a good job, my staff seem like me, people that have worked under me seem to like me. So hopefully Im not too bad a person. You do get pictures of people in your head though.

Because its a tradition steeped into the institution that is marriage, and for me a lot of traditions have been lost, sonI for one think its worth keeping. For the risk of sounding a bit soft, marriage is about two people joining together and becoming one, devoting their life etc therefore, I think that particular part of it should be adhered to. Im not discussing whether marriage is as common etc these days, as you have a point, its not. But thats not what the OP wants to discuss

Calm down Jeffy Wooo saaaa -
Why ? I really rate Reed, think he'll be a great little player but he has shown next to no expansion to his game, very little inventiveness. He'll win the ball and play it quickly to someone that does have those qualities. Im afraid all the time morgan and vic are in the team he will struggle as both are not only technically better players in both attack and defence but both have that little extra to go forward. I dont disagree with Sour personally. I cant see Burnley playing a particularly open gane either regardless of the points they need, Dyche isnt stupid, if they open up too much they'll get murdered. Id play a 4231 or narrow 442 (like against chelsea). Im not saying Ill necessarily drop Davis, he is usually very good, but if Elia is available he may be a better option on the right
-
Im not saying he doesnt, Im saying he was poor on sunday.
-
I thought Davis was very poor at the weekend and struggled both in attack and defence
-
Dont see the appeal, I prefer Elia TBH

Im using a tenuous Dutch link TBH, Id much rather have Aurier who the more I see of goes on to further my thinking that he is the real deal. VDW will find games hard to come by and ive seen enough to think he could be a good replacement for young nate. 50k is about the lowest level Id expect us to pay if we are genuinely looking at a consistant top 6/7 finish. -

Says just as much about Pellè as it does Clyne. I like Trippier, or Van Der Weil someone like that -
Prefer Bad JuJu to Red death personally !

My point is it doesnt matter. It didnt 'improve' our bargaining position of Morgan, just allowed us to say 'you're not going' that doesnt mean we will lose him for a lot less this season, if he goes than it will be for a decent fee considering his talent. With Clyne they'll be no 'you aren't leaving' it will be a case of how much, and considering the probable level of interest I think we will still be in a good bargaining position. Due to the performance of teams this year they won't wait a year, they have plenty of cash to spend and a home grown player potentially available. If I was saints Id probably say 'this is our price, take it or leave it'. With a bit of spending there is no reason we cant challenge for CL next year, and for that prize its worth gambling on Clynes future. -

You could blame the keeper, Tadic, Davis and both CBs if you wanted to. As a coach you can find fault with all of them. And Id argue most coaches will have different ideas of who was primarily to blame due to their philosophies. This echo's fans in general. We all see the game differently. I think the cross should have been stopped at source first, Costa made to work harder second and Forster doing better third. (I could analyse it further if I wanted to) What is in question is his confidence leaving his line. And hopefully Watson can work with him on this as he is an intimidating prescence. Regardless of the defensive shield many teams have breached it this year and Forster has been there to mop up. I cant see a better GK we could sign for reasonable money TBH and apart from a few issues I think he has been a good signing -

Meh I disagree there Windows. Shaw is I think worthy of his hype. Not shown it at all this year though, but then from what I have seen of Van Gaal I can see why. I cant see him staying there next year (LVG not Shaw) -

Yeah but Im taking that as not an option. Im just saying from a monetary point of view it shouldnt effect much. Forgot about Zabeleta -
I saw something in him last seasons pre season. And at the time I was hearing good things about him from the training ground. He never replicated that same explosiveness and directness that I admired. Perhaps he has shown enough in training ?

I said at the time of marriage (sorry Saintweb ladies, Im taken) that shr had to take my name, at first she really didnt want to, and a double barrelled name would have been completely out of the question. In the end we decided that she would take my name and now she admits she wouldn't have wanted it any other way as she feels closer to the family etc My feeling was the same as Bateman BTW. We lose a lot of traditions these days but thats one I think we need to keep, otherwise whats the point of marriage ?

It annoys me how many people dont let people pull out, even if in doing so they wont let the car infront of them, like at a T junction for instance. Coming from someone that tends to allow people out I find it pretty selfish. Ok if you are carrying straight on but if you are turning right whats the harm ? An observation for me is that it appears older drivers are more inconsiderate in this case. And is more obvious than the cost of cars. Interesting study though
