He lacks real composure to be a top 6 player but Id say he has enough in his game to be good. He tries too many flicks etc when he should be holding it up more. He never manages to get in any real threatening position either, at times not even in the box for crosses

I think the chants of 'were racist and we love it' and the eventual blocking of a black man are unfortunately too much to ignore for me. Am I getting hysterical ? Exactly, whatever their actual everyday thoughts on the subject of race at that time on the metro in paris they were caught up in racist chants and the stopping of a black man (amoungst others) from boarding a train. Looking at the situation in isolation, which of course it will be, does not make healthy viewing for the culprits. Hopefully Chelsea are able to identify and ban the culprits until they grow up a bit.

Im just not really a Mac fan and to be honest I think its the weakest IOW line up in a very long time. Genuinely considering selling the ticket, which is a shame as I have a blast every year. For me T in the park has stolen the show for best festival this year, the line up is incredible, unfortunately getting from here to perth is a bit more of a logistical pain in the ass

Do you know what I agree, a cup win would be excellent, but eventually counts for very little other than some warm memories and more in the trophy room. Its not a massive confidence, fund or status builder in the long term. And it seems absolutely mental to say I would prefer anything over than 5th or a cup win, but thats where we are this season. Im not so convinced that, as Cb says, this season is a blueprint to future years. We will potentially be able to extend this upwards momentum for another 2 years maximum 'without' a top four finish IMO, and a lot of that will be comprised on keeping the vultures away. So yes, I told myself not to dare to dream until after the difficult christmas period, but we are still in amongst the running, so why not ? With our end run of fixtures its achievable, and will more than likely open a few corridoors if we do manage to make it. So yeah, i think its worth the risk.

Yes and I have no problem for that, degrees in relevant studies are fine but I have to say I would say the majority of students are just looking for a continuation of the college life and dont really know what they are doing in the future. You need to make a commitment on your future, and realise if there is no real future gain for your degree and so debt, than you should be looking at other avenues for a career. If anything I think the answer is for employers to take up the mantel. If they want a certain employee then they should offer more positions which include a degree as part of the training, and that is were the government tuition subsidy should go to. Not topping up some 18 yr olds **** up fund
