  1. Hope so Exactly the sort of player we dont need
  2. There are some proper ****s about, why take the **** out of a bloke trying to have fun.. ****s.. Fair play to those trying to help And, sorry to ask, but whats the bird got to do with it ?
  3. Who is bearsy on twitter ?!?!?
  4. I follow all three on twitter, I think, I may follow you, god knows, I follow plenty on twitter n talk plenty of ****e Think Jeff needs to have a lay down mind. May have gone a tad OTT on here old chap, not up there with the worst meltdown Ive seen but it was almost there.
  5. The problem with free hugs for all KRG is if there is a certain level of attractiveness involved then Ill prob get a boner and then we are back to square one being called sexist etc again Im all for equality of the racist but I cant help my male desires !!! On another note, I spend 6 hours on the road and what the hell happens ? This is the muppet show jeff ? For god sake man think of the muppets
  6. Point taken lou, though in the interests of equality I can say it can be an equally unpleasant time for us gents aswell !
  7. Which is why Id have Welbeck over him in my england team every time. Well, currently it would be Kane.
  8. Either that or pre menstrual, Id plump for the first option in this case whitey
  9. Im too bored of the lounge, there was me thinking I had managed to solve sexism in football and we were ready to close that divisive thread only to realise Lou had been leading me on Typical women
  10. Im glad I was able to clear the last 6 pages up
  11. Id say the majority of women I know arent as career driven as their make counterparts, perhaps that is a societal pressure that they should be the ones that raise the kids but it is what it is. The opportunity is there for them and the flexible working regs now ensure that women are given the chance to return to work on acceptable terms. This probably has an effect on the average wage trends more than anything. But this isnt a comparison of a wage gap as such, just a look at how society currently works rightly or wrongly. I work with women on the same level as me in an engineering discipline (generally regarded as male dominated) and all are paid at the same grade as me.
  12. Its a picture of a bloke with most of his clothes off, shockingly I dont give it too much attention and I certainly dont feel at all vulnerable. Dont get me wrong I work out, eat well, play a lot of sport but Im nowhere near as defined. In fact if you were to ask me Id probably say 'fair play, but I couldnt be arsed to give up beer and the odd dime bar' I dobt find it in the least discriminatory etc Should there be more equality between the sexes and should they be paid the same for the same job ? Of course. Should they be given equal oppurtunity ? Of course.
  13. Id take it as a compliment... Well.. I wouldnt personally, Id probably punch someone in the face but you get my point. As for the chants at football Id say it was an attempt at banter and isnt anything at all prejudiced as such, just misplaced attempts at humour. 'Get your tits out for the lads' was probably slightly funny once, for about 10 seconds. Its neither original or funny now which is why its sung by morons. I wouldnt say because of this chant that football is sexist though.
  14. The only thing Ive learned from this thread is that lou has nice tits, which is a shame, I think Chants are made up at football in an effort to be humorous, unfortunately a lot of the time it ends up being offensive, and not humorous. I imagine its because its a male dominated sport with historically little female participation which has changed recently. Sexism in society is a different matter but Id argue that most prejudices seem to be fading thankfully.
  15. Typically today, was subjected to a shin high challenge which resulted in a bit of a flair up, that only got a free kick for and that shattered by shin pad (they were old), thankfully my foot wasnt planted. Then the ref went on to book two of their players for leaving the field without permission and one for taking his shirt off. I questioned the ref after, which made matters worse as he admitted he got it wrong and should've sent him off !!
  16. Both got 6 games, cissè got 7 for previous
  17. The injured player was forced to retire aged 25, personally that sort of tackle deserves GBH jail time as you cannot tell me that he couldnt control his tackle to stop his leg hitting him mid shin. Ive tackled a lot in my time, and never had an issue keeping my feet down. Its dispicable.
  18. Spitting or this ? http://bit.ly/1CGx7hT
  19. County level unfortunately is still reffed by some pretty terrible referees. I remember being booked for a perfectly valid challenge as 'apparantly' I showed a bit too much intent, I wasnt the only booking, there were around 8-10 I think aswell as a couple of reds. Even the opposition didnt understand it and agreed it wasnt even a foul. But I agree, Ive had my fair share of injuries, and being spat at doesnt last as long
  20. Its bloody disgusting, and Id probably chin anyone that did it to me tbh Though, is it worse than a blatant knee high challenge ?
  21. ?? So ? Mistakes happen, Fonte nearly cost us a goal and a penalty, Pellè missed the target again, yoshi made a mistake. Schneiderlins poor pass contributed to one of the liverpool goals. It seems some just need a scapegoat and unfortunately its JWP or Forster right now, despite JWPs obvious talents. And btw, despite your question in a past Forster thread questioning whether he had a poor save to shot ratio, which was answered in Forsters favour you've not bothered coming back... I suppose you've found someone else to 'blame'
  22. Why wouldnt it be ?
  23. He looks reasonably decent, but we have depth in those positions. It was pretty obvious we could've done with another player. Longs cost is pretty redundant as if he isnt performing then he should be replaced. For arhuements sake Id drop Pellè if we had adequate replacements tbh. Im not going to slam the club for not getting anyone in however, as Im sure they were aware of the issue and realistically I couldnt name anyone achieveable for us to sign in the Jan window. As for the loan and who to loan. Firstly I cant believe people still get the rules wrong amd finally, in response to LLL, I think its relevant asking 'who' we could loan is, as it shows the lack of obvious options out there.
  24. Ive noticed Mr X just likes a bit of a winge tbh
