  1. That wasnt exactly reeds fault though, there were players there, they just didnt do their job
  2. I thought it would be tadic personally Thought Elia looked really good today, except for his final ball
  3. To allow more players to go forward
  4. Hopefully you fall down the stairs later, good job
  5. Exactly
  6. I think he had every intention to hurt him personally. Followed through, reckless, high Definate red for me, winning the ball is largely irrelevant
  7. If we have that much possession and crosses then we will win comfortably
  8. Play like today against QPR and we will destroy them basically
  9. Didnt see how taking Reed off opened the game up for them either... It didnt.. We lost due to not closing down Shelvey on their odd counter attack. Not a specific issue with a lack of Reed, just poor defending really. If anything removing JWP from the front four was worse than the Reed removal. There was no longer a real link between defence and attack in the way that Prowse was acting. Elia, tadic and Mane all operated from wide, meaning Dacis ad Prowse had to push forward to provide support. Not a massive issue as essentially Swansea were easy enough to deal with. It was worth the gamble, we needed to break them down. And extra support pushing forward should have helped to facilitate that.
  10. Apart from his assists you mean ? Such as one against Newcastle ? So yes, apart from setting up goalscoring chances he doesnt effect games. Baffling those that are saying he missed an easy chance today, he didnt, it was a goid save. Anyone thats been in a similar situation on a football pitch will agree
  11. Yeah, for a striker he got nowhere near any of our low crosses today. They werent bad crosses at all for me, they were either well defended or just had no ree n white anywhere near them. Pelle frustrates the hell out of me, why he has to try to smash the ball into next tuesday instead of having a bit of composure is beyond me
  12. I find the fact he is often pretty static makes him far too easy to mark out of a game
  13. Forster had an average game, not his greatest but he wasnt really tested, Id have to see a replay of the goal to pass any real comment on the goal but he got to the ball it was just swerving and well struck. I find it odd however that Forster is singled for criticism when the root cause was Davis and Fonte's failure to close down the danger man. As for Prowse yes he has played well, had a lot of assissts this year, is classy and works hard.
  14. You dont get time in those situations
  15. I cant see how taking Reed off changed things massively tbh, they never had control, before or after. They broke, shelvey found space and hit a decent shot, Davis and Fonte were covering so its not like we didnt have a man there. Besides, all that happened was JWP dropped back into the defensive two. Right decision to get Mane and Ellia running at them but despite the pace we never turned them around. We gave them too much time to get compact and organise. Positives wise is we dominated, negatives are despite all our crosses they just didnt fall to the right people. Predictably this place will now go into meltdown with JWP, forster etc being called crap.. Sigh Bertrand was an idiot too, now missing for 3 games
  16. Forster is this seasons boo boy, didnt you know ?
  17. Thats pretty harsh tbh, came at him quick, he hit it well enough, keeper got a big toe to it
  18. Imperious performance from Williams, without him they would have gone home with a hiding
  19. Imperious performance from williams tbh
  20. What a ****
