Im playing saturday football again so didnt get a ST this year, I try to get down there when Ive not got a game but if I cant get a ticket Ill make sure I watch a dodgy stream, the same as I did last few years when we played away and I didnt go. Problem I can see for a lot of people is the costs, we still have a reasonable fan base, though not selling out to many times (if any?) this year our ST uptake was pretty good. I imagine part of the reason for the stadium not selling out is partly people thinking they wont get a ticket and partly because it is quire expensive. The average sat at the football costs me around £100 with food, drink, cab etc and match ticket. Personally I think footballs stood up quite well with the influx of on demand streaming for almost every game and a steadily increasing cost of the match ticket. On another note, I notice that Saints player no longer offers full match replays after games, anyone know where I can get these ?

The council is currently seriously looking at regeneration around the area and I believe that a joint venture around St Marys is potentially part of those plans.

I personally dont see why QPR shouldnt be prospecting for the future, its cheaper to make the changes now rather than later. Whilst you dont necessarily want to be overly patriotic (dont get me wrong though none of us want to be at the Americans sick inducing levels) you cant put a blanket coverall and recommend that noone else should be either. Yes, I understand I have done nothing but be born here but for me, from that moment I am English and proud to be so. Diego and Fenghouli are both players that strike me as the sort of signings we would look at from the point of view that they both had good pedigree however have dropped out of favour or form. My arguement would be whether they are willing to put in the work to help out the system ? For example Ramirez clearly is one of our more technical players but a few games aside does he work hard enough ? Probably not. Banega would be the man for me, if we can get him, but its good to have options.

Thats because we are utilising a tactic that is clearly working except for the opinion of the knee jerkers who believe a couple of results away to Chelsea and Arsenal means we have to completely change the way we play.

TBH 2 of our away losses were Arsenal and Chelsea and a draw was away to Utd so you cant read too much into that IMO. Most teams away form isnt as strong but Im still happy with the way we play. The last thing you do is open up and playing wingers essentially opens you up.

Seems like the fact that it hasnt really got a massive part of our system seems to be complex too. We have pace in J Rod anyway.

2 mins at level 9 then 30 seconds of 18 on tredder (after it gets to speed) for an hour and a half with the odd switch to a walk if I really need it but I try to avoid it esp before 45min mark as I do it as a football conditioning exercise.

Well, playing hampshire league at the moment to make sure hammy was up to anything bigger and its standing up to it at the moment. The CV fitness has very much improved, peeing 90 mins in the box to box role and generally do 90mins of HIIT on the treader atleast once a week with no issues. Had a quality weights routine and toned up and added size a lot quicker then I expected by doing supersets and full body moves but Ive dropped off that over past 2 months and noticed Ive dropped bulk again but still managed to keep a bit of tone which is nice. I got snapped at 5 aside tonight though. Still absolutely livid, some meathead literally stamped on the side of my leg halfway up turning my ankle over, I literally yelped in pain which I never do and felt sick etc. I was literally livid and was lucky the ref didnt send me off aswell (couldnt walk anyway). So as you can imagine Im pretty ****ed off right now.

No one is, I get the impression MoPo wants us to be ruthless in possession and not give it away unless there is a clear cut chance. Part of why we are dominating possession these days. Whether this is ultimately a good idea or not in every situation ? Dunno

I admitted I didnt think he would step up to the prem and when he did I admitted I got it wrong. This is different though, time and time again this season or ever since MoPo I have said MoPo needs to make a choice, play to RLs strengths or find a new 1st choice frontman. My point above was this saintsteve or whatever chastising Rasiak for being blind to Lamberts strengths which to me was a tad hypocritical.

If your going to make this comment surely it also applies to his weaknesses ?
