  1. Never had any issues with Orange, been with o2 before and had a few and work phone is on Vodaphone that is quite good. o2 and Orange have the best perks. They are all as bad as each other TBH
  2. Spam Butterfly or p*ss clam
  3. closed
  4. He may have been exactly what we needed, then Adkins may have changed his mind, you don't exactly know the ins and outs, Gorkss may have had injury problems to, or wanted too much money etc. Lets just wait and see shall we.
  5. And all to watch your team getting battered by bigger boys. Hmmm
  6. This sort of thing happens all the time at every club. GET OVER IT It will happen again FFS. FWIW, Gorkss, is a carbon copy of a player we already have here in Jaidi, and Seaborne has had a couple of decent games, lets just wait and see what happens before condemning it all shall we.
  7. With respect that probably just makes it worse. I think I went to school with her, which means, she probably still fudds herself off over me.
  8. He is worth what the demand for him suggests, for instance, there are rumoured to be 3-4 teams after him, why would they want to accept less than what they consider to be A. Worth it and B. What people are prepared to pay ?? Yes he is in the last year of his contract but if they are prepared to let that run down than it doesn't really matter. He still has a year to potentially sign a new one, fire them clear of relegation and perhaps even up the league. He is a decent player, with the current valuations going around (£30 Million for Carroll) then 5 Mill for this talented, young, English striker is probably about true IMO
  9. Watching the Ebay bid atm, I may step in at the last minute, the reserve isn't met however, which is concerning.
  10. F*cking lol
  11. I'd pay 5.5mil for Maynard, if his injuries are behind him he will just get better and better IMO. Plus has attributes that would work well in the team.
  12. Him and Puncheon would all get on well, especially if we were still managed by Pardew
  13. Where is that ?
  14. Sizzlers is probably one of the sh*ttiest, but Nicks in Bishy (by the working mens) and Mikes in West End is pretty good too. We need more threads like this, IMO Which do you think is Cortese's favourite ?
  15. He is well dead, his f*cking head is on fire
  16. Modric didn't play tonight
  17. The same as the old (in the box) 'It probably was a foul, but doesn't deserve a penalty' No, its a foul in the box, and so, it does deserve a f*cking penalty.
  18. The bit about the Venkys blackburn advert is f*cking quality, from about july 28th
  19. Was always a decent player and had a decent pedigree, would be a decent signing if on loan, if he finds his form then that would be fantastic, if not then we can hand him back.
  20. When I watch him (I go to the majority I can make but I am not a STH due to football/work, go to a fair few away) he seems to allow too many players to get inside him and attack him on his right, this not only puts him under pressure but also allows the offending player to attack the fullback to his left, which unfortunately is more often one of our young full backs in Martin or Seaborne. Sometimes that is because he gets drawn out to the touchline too much, probably linked with the fact that he likes to engage the winger and attack them. Also sometimes when balls come in from the left wing (attacking team) he makes mistakes in not watching his man and not being in the correct positions. That said, his all round game is consistantly very good, and he is full of passion and committment which I love to see, the fact that we now have 3 very good LB to choose from is fantastic. As for dominating, I agree, when he is on top he is all over his winger, good challenges and dominating his position, in fact, even when he is not on top he never seems to struggle too much, and always leaves his mark.
  21. Thanks jonny Love you
  22. Good for him to be on board, as much as I would say he is one of our weaker players it says more about the strength of the team rather than his ability which is a fantastic position to be in. I like Dickson, but can't see him being around much longer, I always liked the look of Dickson and TBH thought he was a better all round left back than Harding, who, if watched on a regular occasion gets his positioning wrong too often, on the other hand he is strong in the tackle, has a decent cross and is generally a fully committed and passionate player. All in all, great news, and considering the amount of players willing to stay here I can't see St Marys being the concentration camp so many rumours suggested. A massive well done to Adkins aswell who seems to have galvanised such a great (and physically fit) team spirit.
  23. Great player, works so hard for the team and sits out on the periphery of games, I would expect many fans wouldn't notice exactly what he does but IMO he keeps it all ticking over and moving on. Knew he would make the step up and be brighter in this league, as quite simply, teams let us play football. Stanthemanfairoak thinks he is sh*t though........ even though he hasn't seen him play.
  24. This is the reason why the Riots happened IMO, because of how lenient and liberal we have become. The police were pretty much toothless through all of this, a consequence of public outcry to their actions in attempting to quell burgeoning tensions that could potentially end in something far more serious, such as that seen in London a few weeks back. Potentially there could have been far more deaths in the lawlessness tht was so utterly apparant, created IMO by a society that no longer is scared of the law and of the police, that has been spoon fed and brought up within a liberal framework, within which hardwork is rarely rewarded and all a slob culture is. Christ, even with all of the HSE and rediculous sueing culture kids these days are not able to spot danger etc, as they are so protected from things so small. I agree with the tough sentancing, after all, I didn't leave Soton or the comfort of my disgust whilst viewing the shocking scenes on BBC news in order to run out and have some 'fun' burning buildings, cars and livelihoods whilst running away with anything I could get my hands on. How did they know that the buildings were unnoccupied ?? These people chose to become involved, even though they were warned publically. They deserve what they get, but the clean up involves a lot more then broken glass and tough sentances, it also involves removing the nanny state as it stands.
