Two good seasons, he was on top form, hardly sh*te ok, was a bit harsh however i think he was so so overated as in godlike by some of our fans, he has terrible control and isn't a great footballer, the fact that he has done absolutely nothing other than two decent seasons sort of only goes to prove my point.

Agree, i just wish we had sacked Pardew before pre-season if he was honestly on the way out come last season end. He is hardly the first chairman to sack a manager now is he FFS, and tbf it seems to have had the desired effect as we are now playing winning, attractive football and seem to have the players on our side. Not to menion strengthening the areas we clearly lacked for a long time particularly midfield. So what exactly has he done that has been so catastrophic ? That has put the club back ?? He hasn't, and what exactly is he going to do if he blows a fuse ?? How do you know he is 'such an obnoxious character ?' I don't agree with his PR policy, nor did i really agree with how he dealt with the media, but all i can see is our club is going in the right direction for once, and if that involves having a hard nosed figurehead that may upset you precious little darlings as he doesn't speak of everything he does then so be it. Does every chairmen in football openly reveal every decision ?? No. Unfortunately for every one of us who thinks Cortese walks on water there are those of you who believe he is the devil incarnate.

A decent team, staplewood development in the offing, a JPT trophy (although i would rather AP concentrated on the league) and a great, committed and up and coming manager at the helm. Good manager, good ideas, good loan signings. I like him, he talks a good game, trys to play good football and has got us working hard. BUT he needs to get us promoted, simple as that

Much worse is said in pubs and in the terraces though Robsk, and that is in the public domain with little or no comeback. I do agree though, racism, homophobic and what not will be dealt with and tbh it is mostly the mods that crack down on this and fair enough. I agree, its a tad bit pathetic reporting someone on here for anything other than using something really personal to you (like posting up your address or pictures etc) which i don't think has ever happened. Anything else is pretty pathetic to report, i also bet these same people would be near on crying if they themselves recieved infraction points. Its a shame, i don't get why people can't just use the ignore button and not press the report button instinctively. I can hold my hand up and say i have never reported anyone and probably never will, i wonder how many others can do that ?

Just be good to see how we address the squad, i don't think we need a lot really. Defo need a CM (though chaplow will go a long way to fix this) and i still believe we need another striker, Bignall seems a good prospect but he is going back to Reading i would imagine, Adam Le Fondre would be a great signing, but i can't see him sitting behind Lambert & Barnard. He has addressed the squad well regarding loans, its not just January but moving on, eventually he will be judged for purchases, but i think he will do well.

Any news on Chappers ?

Never a doubt he would do well, he is a modern manager, playing attractive football in the modern game. He has a great team to achieve the goals he wants. Anyways, to those listening, any news on Chappers ?

Hmm, well done, your having a good season for once. I all honesty you are playing some good football, i just can't see you carrying it on till the end of the season. We will make your boys bend over and and have a wake up call, though thats something you lot are entirely used to Still, Saints as Div Champions, Brighton 2nd and Bompey coming up in the playoffs will be good with the skates and Reading staying up.

Yep, done well, played some good football and seems to have the ability to change things around if things are going wrong. Will also be judged on signings, so lets see how he fares in january
