When last season ended, Ralph had indicated he wanted to make some major changes to the backroom staff in the summer and that those changes would be announced through the course of the summer. I was therefore surprised only a new goalkeeper coach came in and a new role was given to Watson. Davis and Fleming were confirmed in their roles. And Rohl later departed. Was Ralph underminded by Wilson and the Saints board? Are the board now realising that keeping the staff was a mistake which means that they are now open to what Ralph initially wanted? Can any ITK shed any light on this???

No we are not down. There is still 26 games to be played for FFS. We have a run of winnable games coming up, espacially an opportunity to win some at home. Why the hell would we panic 12 games ?

There was an interview with Ralph speaking about ledbicker or however it is spelled, and Ralph and adam blackmore were talking about him being the replacement of Rohl so I don t see how this has changed since then. People are twisting their posts to suit their agenda and to see Ralph is nothing without Rohl but the truth is Ralph suceeded in every previous manager s job before Rohl and RB Leipzig so I don’t see what the fuss is all about. Let the man work, be patient even if results are not coming, give him time to build his squad that is suited to his style of play. That could take a few windows, I know this is difficult for some who can t see beyond 5 games.

I see Spurs fans are calling for Poch to be sacked. So so fickle as usual and ungrateful at what he did last season. Yes they haven t made the best of starts but that doesn’t warrant these calls to be sacked. Which mirrors fans here who are ungrateful of the work Ralph did last season to avoid relegation.

Nobody, i know 9/10 of you on here can’t see past 6-7 games, but judge the team and manager at the end of the season, there is still so much football to be played. Not the time for rash reactions and decisions, especially on the back of a very heavy defeat.
