Most of our fan base don't know what they are talking about. They are a bit like the equivalent of English dinosaur managers who think that percentage football is how football should work. Well you have the same type of fans who only live in english football world and don't know what exists beyond that (player, club and league wise).

We have added 3 players with pace and skill to that attack (counting Boufal) + we have sold in attack those who had not been contributing. We have added 1 player to our defense and kept the same defense - i still call that progress. You can spin whatever way you want, we are clearly not worse off than last year. Our transfer window was adequate on my scale, not perfect but a progress compared to recent seasons.

Look on the bright side. If Katherina was still 100% owner of the club, we would likely still have Les and Ralph K calling the shots.

Not like we keep them for more than one or 2 seasons anyway if they are good. No risk as well if it doesn’t go well as he doesn’t have a long contract with us.

Wolves have already spent 70m this summer with no sales. FFP comes into play here so here s hoping it is a big fee for next summer.
