  1. Where were you sitting?! The inconsistency bordering on bias had the crowd all around (Block 37) me incensed on many occasions...ironic cheers were the kinder end of the comments. He was below average even for this league.
  2. 'Thought he was competent, got all big decisions right' No 'Maybe sitting in a pub with no commentary and without hearing the crowd (usually most of whom get decisions wrong in the stands) is why I've got a different conclusion to most others.' Yes
  3. Jeez I'd hate to live in your world! What do you think they thought when after dropping the three points at Walsall we follow it up with three wins, two away at places where it would be not unexpected that we would drop points. We're pressuring them as much as they're pressuring us...you can be as sick as you like of platitudes but they exist for a reason. Their juggernauts can hit a patch of oil as easily as we can find a banana skin...Peterborough & Orient are the only teams playing well ..the others are scraping along but winning..................................just like us!
  4. This - sense being talked on thread shocker
  5. Similar for me except I was looking at page on Autotrader website...it just couldn't happen!
  6. I can do slower if you like - I repeat - however many times you ask about transfer targets, spending etc you are going to get a professional blank. I remember how amazed and pleased I was when Lawrie got KK...superb bit of business and dealt with completely professionally - as was the January window.
  7. You're not going to know because we do things professionally these days...when a signing is complete we hear about it. Now do you want me to say that a bit slower so that you can keep up?
  8. Not a sacred cow - everything in his game has been good for the last month...even his goals ratio. Problem is it doesn't match the standard he set himself last year.
  9. Calculator?
  10. Playing every game for them but fantastic thought!
  11. Much better for me, thanks...was a little slow on updating pages but it really must have been under some pressure. No database errors either. Fingers crossed you've cracked it!
  12. Come on you Saints...now is the hour (and a half, an a bit of injury time!)...
  13. I had the same and it worked when I refreshed it and pressed play ...got a car I can buy? (in the loosest sense)
  14. Also likened the injury to Lallana's...agree we miss him.
  15. Quality post!!
  16. LOL at a Bompey rag's description of The Dell as a tinpot ground!! Still held 50% more than theirs even after standing was banished. I hope Adkins pins this on the dressing room wall!
  17. Plus being the first victim of three up three down!

  19. Analysis of your post: Ist sentence - Insulting statement 2nd & 3rd sentence - On topic 4th sentence - Contentious and argumentative question 5th sentence - Insulting accusation about being argumentative You wonder why people think you're a tw*t? And to stay on topic...our home form suggests that we should win...I agree the early goal will make the difference...4-1 if so - 1-0 if it takes a while to get that one.
  20. Phillippe, Phillippe Albert sung to the Rupert the bear tune by the barcodes
  21. An American mate saw a headline spelling our PM's name a Cumurun as he'd done so many U turns....no related imagery to bell-end there then:)
  22. And do you realise that deficit - caused worldwide by the Tory's most natural backers incidentally - could be wiped out at a stroke by the corporations paying tax at the prescibed rate in the country that they did their business in rather than it going to their shareholders and upper management in bonuses? Barclays would be a case in point - do the maths on the difference on the difference between 2% and 28% on their taxable profit and they are just one of tens of thousands. I share the belief that Brown, for all his shortcomings, will be judged more kindly by history. At the moment Cameron has Clegg as his condom and Brown to blame but this is not going to sustain much longer - he is already starting to be judged on his own decisions and it's not pretty. The comparison with Thatcher is valid despite her acolytes' protests, I believe. Cameron is hell bent on enforcing his ideology on the health service, the education system and furthering it within the armed forces. This means that private and publically quoted companies and their shareholders will benefit from providing services to the very things that most have come to expect as a right...health, education and the ability of the country to defend itself. Privatisation will not improve efficiency or lower costs - witness BT, Water Companies, Electricity, Gas etc from the Thatcher era...it will direct taxpayers money in to private pockets rather than give it back in kind as the basic right to which we all subscribe. Now just who are the Tory party's prime funders? Work it out..
