Anyone looking for a different way to get there, I've just researched the Thames River Ferry timings. There is a half hour service from the Embankment to either the O2 centre or the Woolwich Arsenal Pier, both destinations leaving you with about a 2 mile walk to the ground. I shall be aboard the 1228 from the Embankment which gets me to the O2 arena pier at 1318, plenty of time to amble down to the ground. http://www.tfl.gov.uk/modalpages/2648.aspx

Yes, fans have paid good money and people have a right to do it, but IMHO it's selfish and disrespectful to fellow fans given the present circumstances. This is a BRAND NEW SAINTS, fresh out of the box, a work in progress. The team is a hurriedly put together jigsaw with pieces still missing and some that don't quite fit properly until the corners are cut off or a small hammer is used to tap them into position. It was the kind of annoying result that most teams get a few times times a season. It just had to happen when we are gagging for our first win.

I strted off thinking it was brilliant, but very soon it became totally predictable so I trailed off. What I have thoroughly enjoyed watching, though, is Psychoville. Looking forward to series 2.
