  1. To boo or not to boo, that is the question!
  2. I long for the good old days of "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me."
  3. Surely he must be at fault for some of the goals? But OK, clean slate and all that. No idea how much he was on in Italy but everyone knows Premier League wages are the highest in the world (why do you think players call it the best league in the world?) so ten to one we're paying him more.
  4. I like the lyrics but the music is a bit old-fashioned, don't you think? What about setting the lyrics to this music instead? Feel Good Inc. by Gorillaz.
  5. He probably can't believe his luck at being chosen to play in the "best league in the world" and getting a raise after shipping 69 goals and almost getting relegated. A bit like how Ryan Shawcross or our Jan Bednarek would feel if Real Madrid suddenly bid for them.
  6. Tadic practically kept us up single-handedly with some perfectly-weighted defence-splitting passes in his last few games for us, and carried his good form over to Ajax.
  7. One does not bedwet when one is gone. It's when one has a glimmer of hope of survival that one bedwets.
  8. Livramento? Thierry Small?
  9. Disagree. Djenepo should start and Redmond should come on as a sub as happened today. Djenepo was unlucky with the sitter and wasn't far away with the curler. He was dangerous in the first half. Redmond is better as an impact sub and should start only against lower tier opposition.
  10. Have a look at Norwich's second goal against Leicester which was chalked off. A beautifully headed ball into the corner of the goal which the keeper had no chance of saving. For the life of me can't see why it was disallowed. VAR and the ref showing big club bias?
  11. Actually it's Saints.
  12. Yes, the milestone could become a millstone.
  13. Thierry Small - the player with a BIG future!
  14. I wonder if he's named after Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, the time frame's right if you know what I mean.
  15. No, don't say that! There's a Hillary Clinton curse on it!
  16. Because spending money is no guarantee of success. Bournemouth were OK until they decided to take their spending up a notch whereupon they promptly disintegrated. Our own most expensive signings too have been the biggest flops: Carillo, Boufal, Lemina, Hoedt, Gaston Ramirez, Dani Osvaldo.
  17. Theo and Redmond are probably going to be more of a father figure to the nippers in the days to come.
  18. Perraud's not the best technically otherwise he would be playing for Man City but from the little I've seen of him he has heart and desire and that's a big deal for a club like ours and it could make the difference between staying up and going down.
  19. Hear hear, bring back the poll. Tino MOTM for me, astonishingly good.
  20. How verbose. Do keep up. The modern term is simply, cancelled.
  21. Everytime we're dicked 9-0, I'm somehow reminded of the song "Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)" by The Offspring. The lyrics go like this: "Give it to me baby, uh huh uh huh, give it to me baby, uh huh uh huh..." It doesn't help that the song actually begins with the German-sounding words "Gunter glieben glauten globen" which reminds me of Hasenhuttl.
  22. Ralph is obviously winging it, he's/we've been lucky we haven't crashed! It might be this season unless the board act quickly to replace him with Big Sam or Uncle Woy.
  23. Can't do, no one understands Scottish, not even Che.
  24. I've been saying Ralph out for the longest time, Woy Hodgson please save us!
  25. I'm looking for one too (M size).
