CLIMATE NUT BROWN WILL RUIN BRITAIN http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/146922/Climate-nut-Brown-will-ruin-Britain Daily Express readers showed their distrust of Mr Brown’s sweeping plans this week, with an overwhelming 98 per cent of those taking part in a phone vote agreeing that the nation was being conned over global warming. The Commie Climate Comrades on this thread are dinosaur Socialists of the same ilk as Brown. You only have to look at the state of the economy that the Labour scum have given us to see how utterly retarded the entire party is.

That's about all we did have. Leeds murdered us and should have had 3 goals at least. We only looked like we might score in the 90th minute.
-
AP should take more from this game than any other game we've played because it was clear for all to see where the work needs doing at Saints. Leeds back four was solid as a rock wheras we were just ordinary - that's why they won and we lost.
-
I disagree completely with the OP. Just try listening to the opposing teams comentators or click to some noddy clubs commentary and invariably it is of hospital radio standard. Listening to the Norwich game i thought the commentary was passionate and informed and delivered in a good way. I've subscribed to Saintstv for over a year and i've got no complaints about any of it.

I saw an interview with Lord Lawson on the TV (although i can't find it on youtube) where he stated that Margaret Thatcher was only banging this drum because at the time the loonie lefties were opposed to Nuclear Power plants. This was her ploy to neutralise these arseholes. In effect she was pushing the MMGW lie because it helped in the argument for clean Nuclear Power.

I reckon the game could be called off. Here in Lincolnshire we've got 4-6 inches of snow with more forecast. And it is not going to thaw judging by how ****ing cold it is. Does anyone know what it's like up in Yorkshire?
-
I've been to Elland Road quite a few times and we normally get that wedge in that horrible cold drafty corner. Am i right in thinking we have been given behind the goal aswell this time?
-
Are you the clubs official Librarian and did you lose your season ticket?
-
It's ironic how traditional lefties now support nuclear power. A few years ago you'd have been camped out up a tree. It's so typical of Socialists to be late cottoning on. Give it a few years and the lefties will be saying they were never fooled by the man made global warming lie.

Sod that, i'd rather be sat in bar next to the beach, pint in my hand, girls in bikinis walking by, watching SSN, than up at Leeds. Go to a bar called Strikers Bar (reckon it's in costa adeje/purto colon side of Las Americas), it's great for the sport and for gambling addicts because a couple of birds run a bookmakers in their where you bet on the horses, footie etc. I know the bloke who runs it was on about retiring so it may be shut now, but if it's still their it's a real ****heads pub and it's great.

Munto Finance v Markus Liebherr (Notts County v Saints)
dune replied to Fitzhugh Fella's topic in The Saints
Nottingham has only ever been big enough for one club and that club is Forest. County cannot compete because fathers bring their sons up to support Forest so they'll never be able to tap into new blood. -
At the end of the day Nicola (with a bit of help from Mr Liebherr) have not only saved our club, but given us a dream come true scenario. As far as i'm concenerned ML is God and NC is Jesus. The Echo have had the red carpet rolled out for them and have been given exclusives even before the OS. And this is how that grotty little paper repay the favour. I'd have done exactly the same as Nicola did if they'd gone back on their word after all he's done for them. The Echo need Saints far more than the Saints need the Echo so as far as i'm concerned Murray can go **** himself.

"Stella" Bucharest didn't bring many. They must surely be contenders for the fewest away fans.

I can feel another one of these coming on.:smt045 http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=16163

It's only a cat so my advice would be to put it down and buy a new one.
-
How very adult of you. I hope NC notes your remarks and tells you to ram it if and when you turn up grovelling for info to write another one of your rubbish books. Does this little tantrum have anything to do with your freebie perks being removed by any chance?
-
But ultimately you do not know the circumstances surrounding the banning so you are giving your opinion based on knowing **** all about the situation. You are the so called club historian yet you think it's ok to slag off NC without knowing the ins and outs. Given the FACT that NC and ML have done us proud since they arrived i think you are being completely and utterly ungrateful and showing them no respect. For NC to do what he did it's reasonable to assume that the Echo betrayed a gentlemans agreement and as such they deserve to be shut out in the cold.

It's good to see Nick Griffin MEP talking sense on climate change. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ks_lfGEUqmU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1JLA4mpfN8

I reckon we can be the team to beat Leeds. They only drew today and have been struggling to score for a few games now.
-
If the Echo were hoping to divide the fanbase they've certainly won over the resident fruitcake on this forum. No offence 19C, but you are so predictable. Go on admit it, you're really a Skate on a wind up aren't you?

£80M DEBT CRISIS PORTSMOUTH are sinking into a debt nightmare that could eventually reach a crippling £80million. Almost half the money is owed to ex-owner Sacha Gaydamak, who is now consulting lawyers. The Franco-Russian businessman still owns 10 acres of land surrounding Fratton Park, which Pompey were meant to buy off him. But the club have failed to make their first down payment and yesterday they denied they were on the verge of administration. However, The Sun can reveal the true extent of club's dire financial plight. Agents' fees and outstanding debts to clubs for players account for £20m, while a further £11m payment is due to Gaydamak and £8m to the Inland Revenue. In the summer Portsmouth are required to find a further £20m to service old debts - and another substantial payment to Gaydamak. They also have to service a £19m loan from Hong Kong-based businessman Balram Chainrai, which is secured against their ground. Aside from debt, the failure to buy the land around Fratton Park means Pompey, whose capacity is short of 20,000, cannot expand. It effectively means Ali Al-Faraj, the club's third owner since the summer, owns just a playing squad which he has failed to pay on time for two successive months! http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/2767182/Pompeys-80million-debt-crisis.html SN1GGER

Like everyone else I don't know the ins and outs of this, but it sounds to me like Nicola Cortese asked the Echo to keep quiet and they agreed to this. The story then broke once the planning application was published by NFDC and the Echo ran with the story as other news outlets had run with it. This is all basically a storm in a tea cup. I think the Echo are playing a dangerous game though because the people of Southampton recognise the good things Mr Cortese and Mr Liebherr have done for Saints. If the Echo continue on their ****y and condescending tack their dwindling reader base could well dwindle some more...
-
I work on the principle of "if it's not broken don't fix it". Everyone is happy with how Nicola is running the club without this initiative. I genuinely worry that if the likes of the Saints Trust jump on the bandwagon it'll open up the old divisions. The Trusts views are just the views of those who run it, yet they'll parade themselves like they speak for everyone. We've already been down this road and it'd be a shame for the same mistakes to be made again.

Lord Lawson speaks a lot of sense... As for that smug socialist Milliband - what an utter ****. The sooner we get these Labour mongs out the better.
