I always leave the stand at between 33 - 35 minutes before half time to beat the beer queue (have i spelt that right?:confused). Another habbit that the squares on here won't like is my crafty smokes halfway through each half (plus whenever i feel like it) and at halftime. I love the way most of our games are unreserved seating and i make a special effort to choose a part of the stand where the stewards are less likely to spot the smoke. As a rule the centre of a block 2/3 of the way up is best for crafty fags. But i won't leave a game early unless we are about to lose. Sod sitting there like a plum when there's a pub waiting.

Visit a place called La Roque and watch the tide go out. It goes out for what looks like miles in a matter of minutes. One minute it's a beautiful sandy cove with a Napoleonic tower way out to sea and an island about 500 years in the sea, then the next minute you are looking at a lunar landscape. You'll have not ever seen anything like it. Rozel is a nice pretty fishing village to visit and can be done on the same tour as La Roque. There is also the German underground hospital. It's a bit eerie inside, but interesting none the less. Jersey is a really beautiful island so above all else get a hire car and do some exploring.

I saw an interview with a local councillor from ****ermouth speaking about the flood. What cannot be disputed is that the rainfall level was a freak event, but he stated that the environment agency no longer dredged the river like in the old days. River dredging used to be a standard operation throughout the UK but the leftie know it alls (who usually happen to live in cities and know jack **** about the countryside) have in their infinite wisdom lobbied against dredging because they claim it harms trout and salmon spawning grounds. The lack of dredging and the building on flood plains to provide housing for our bloated population (the socialists open door policy to immigrants being a factor in the need for extra housing), is the real reason why flooding is in the news more and more.

So please explain the logic of playing an understrength side in a competition where we could potentially have a 32,000 home gate, or a 75,000 away gate in the next round?
