I was listening to 5 live this morning and tax evaders who hide their money offshore have 10 days to take up the amnesty and pay up what they owe to HMRC. Failure to pay up will mean greater financial penalties and prosecutions. I wonder if this will affect anyone we know?

Rupert Lowe did so much to divide the fanbase of Saints that he should never be forgiven. He was only ever interested in himself and what Rupert could get out of it. His parting shot was to put us into administration just after the cut off point where we could have taken the 10 points on our relegation season. I truely believe this was deliberately done out of spite "it's my ball and if i can't play with it i'm taking it home". A horrible, vile, smug, pompous, arrogant, bombastic, cunning, smarmy, repulsive creature.

For those thinking of buying tickets in the home section of the East Stand i have bad news. The 500 or so empty seats are the seats on the old terrace that runs along the front of the side stand. These seats are used as an overflow so in effect we'll be taking 3100 fans with room for 3600 fans. This makes logistic sense given the tickets are issued as unreserved seating. Note the Charlton fans at the front of the stand. Check out the link from the Orient messageboard. http://www.leytonorient2.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=222020 "3,100 is still 500 short of capacity for the East Stand which presumably means that the front bit will be cordoned off." "They don't sell them the front bit, but because everyone sits wherever they want, the front bit gets used as overflow."

I'm still to receive my Oldham ticket!! Had to ring the club and get them to bring a duplicate up on the supporters coach. I've not risked it with the Orient ticket, and looking at the way they are selling it seems a wise move to have ordered it this morning.

Isn't Switerland near Austria? Mr Liebherr could give Alpine a lift.

Ditto that, but the 40 or so roll-ups didn't help. Was drinking in the Grey ......... (something or other) before the game. Good pub but not enough people serving! By the time we got into the ground all the seats in the main part had gone and we were directed to the side of the away end. The singing wasn't great but i sang all game as did the other ******heads. That sailor shanty we sing for Lambert is starting the grow on me, but i've not good a ****ing clue what the words are. Most people around me were singing lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalala Ricky Lambert Lalalalala.

Delldays and Alpine are washing their hair.

Totally agree. Bournemouth fans are gob****es of the highest order. Ipswich fans with nobs on.
-
That is not how i saw it. OLdham were utter w4nk. They never looked threatening in the slightest. That said i was naturally concerned when the pulled the goal back.

Just got home from the game. Fccking brillaint day out. The Saints are going up!

CCTV is used more in the UK than any other nation on Earth, and it's a sad state of affairs, but ultimately it's necessary due to the levels of anti social behaviour caused by the feral yobs. You can argue that cameras don't get to the route of the problem - bad parenting or lack of parenting, but CCTV is needed to protect the majority of law abiding citizens. You only have to look to football to see the positive effect CCTV has had in driving loutish behaviour away from stadiums, and the positive effect filming the yobs has had on detering anti social behaviour in town centres. However CCTV will not fix the problem. In fact i'm not sure the problem can be fixed in such an atheist country where no spiritual code of morality exists. My solution would be to build more prisons and lock the yobs up. Currently we do not have the capacity to lock more people up or increase sentences. The louts need taking out of circulation because there is no detterent to them while they know all they are likely to get is a slap on the wrist. That all said prisons cost money so we need to combine the creation of extra capacity with making prisons economically profitable businesses. Prisoners are generally young male adults and should be put to work.

I was reading this story in the Express yesterday http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/134080/Now-Muslims-demand-full-Sharia-law and some people wonder why BNP support is growing so fast. Indiginous British people have every right to defend their culture and way of life and the BNP is the only party that many feel is listening.

Done the test and the results seem pretty fair reflection of my political attitude. If more people were like me the Great would still be in Great Britain.

I'm going so we'll probably lose.

The team should be firing on all cylinders soon now that the bedding in period is coming to an end. Realistically we should win more often than not. If we've closed that gap to the play-off places to about 6-8 points by the end of January we can go into the transfer market and get the squad geared for a push. With our resources and the team we've got we are likely to become stronger at the back end of the season whilst many clubs currently in the top half of the table will start to suffer from injuries and they will lack the funds needed to rectify problem areas in their team. The play-offs are a realistic target.

I've just found out that Oldham doesn't have a rail link anymore.
-
The answer is to build more prisons and turn prisons into profit making businesses. One idea i have is to build treadmills and make convicts produce electricity.

I will pay on the day. It says on the OS that we've received an initial allocation of 1000 which implies more are available if needed. I was thinking about when we played Oldham in the Premier League the other day. Anyone remember us winning 4-3 up there?

I believe Labours sole motivation for importing unskilled migrants was because they will more than likely vote Labour. They are hardly going to bite the hand that feeds them when they've been given a council house and/or benefits (including child benefits for their children "back home") by the Socialists. However the Socialists took their core white working class vote for granted and didn't forsee so many Labour voters defecting to the BNP. Labour is now a party that means nothing to it's core vote and with the muslim vote also now lost to Galloway and the wishy washy Liberals, and with the SNP destroying Labours heartland in Scotland, they are a party that mean nothing to nobody apart from the slobs on benefits and public sector workers.

Good post. My view was that if there was no improvement after 20 or so games Pardews position would have to be considered. I think many others were also thinking along similar medium term lines.
