Fantastic approach. Why not just list every registered professional footballer and say we could be signing someone from that list. Brilliant.
-
When then your list was pretty pointless. Who do you think we should be signing as a keeper?
-
Why are they called "Team GB", what is wrong with just "Great Britain"?
-
So you're saying that all those keepers you listed are realistic targets for Saints?
-
Walk through Portsmouth with a Saints shirt on and let us know how you get on.
-
But we haven't signed a CB or RW yet, so how can you be unhappy with quality of our signings. Would agree that we should get a bit of a shift on with getting in a quality CB, as they take a while to settle, but that wasn't your original point. Probably agree re Keepers, but not massively bothered about having Davis instead of Gordon or McGregor. Who would you have rather we bought than Clyne, S Davis and Rodriquez?
-
Ok, who would you like to sign? My post was in response to the OP which was referring to who we had been linked with.
-
Who would you liked us to have been linked with? A few examples?

Man City announce ticket details for Saints
Sour Mash replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
But how far are they allowed to take that? What if they need to remove 500 seats for segregation? The full away allocation at City has always looked a lot more than that to me, have they cut it down this year? -

Maximum allocation at City only 2,800, does sound right? Rip off prices as well. -
Saints announce how loyalty point scheme will work

I'd hope the club use last year's information for allocation of Arsenal tickets, fairest way at this stage of the season. -

Does the non-season ticket holder's points kick in when they buy the home ticket or once they have attended the game? -
Exactly this. This deal isn't going to happen now.

Putting his attitude problems to one side, I've never seen much from him to suggest get offers all that much as a footballer. Not the standard we should really be looking at.
-
Looks like that might well be the case based on the latest tweet from Solent.

Did the other clubs that have signed Rangers players have to pay anything? I thought this was water tight from a legal point of view?

Will the Premier League be surprised by us at all?
Sour Mash replied to Pilchards's topic in The Saints
Sacking Pardew at the end of his first season would have been justified? If we get relegated or even close to it, Cortese will get rid of Adkins without a doubt. -
Jack Cork on at half-time for team GB against Brazil.

Still expecting our first choice CMs to be Davis and Schneiderlin. -

Exactly. Wasn't massively impressed by GB's perform, not a huge Dan of Pearce's coaching ability and would rather he was with our squad in France, but let's not pretend playing against a team like that Brazil side isn't good prep for facing the likes of Man City and is certainly a better run out than facing a 2nd division swiss team. -
That's class to be fair. Where/how was it posted?

Our goals were always freely available to watch on the BBC website when we were in the Championship.

Yep, the coverage has been top draw to be fair and is worth the money. Plenty of stuff you won't see elsewhere.

I think we are definitely looking at playing 4-2-3-1, but Lallana would be part of the "3", linking up with the forward. Just think it might be a struggle keeping Sharp, Lambert, Rodriquez and Lee happy when playing that way, going to limit their chances. Also, although it's still early days, Lambert seems to be the lease sharp out of the main forwards from the bits I've seen.
