Someone at Saints must really be desperate for these £3 booking fees to keep coming in.

There are a lot more knowledgeable people on here regarding this than me, so a question; What would stop all clubs getting their facilities up to scratch so that the vast majority were "Tier 1" or whatever it'll be called? Then no "poaching" can take place? Does anyone KNOW how much these acadamies cost and what would the difference be in funding needed between say being a "Cat 1" and a "Cat 2"?

I'm pleased he's signed up for a new contract, but he hasn't been as good this year as I'd hoped/expected and I can't see him cutting it in the Prem. Also, all the references to NC every time a player signs a contract is odd, I've never seen that happen before with Saints or at any other club, just a bit unnecessary.

What a lot of people on here don't realise is a lot of Saints fans don't have anywhere near as much access to the internet as many of us do.

So people can only complain about things on here that are the 'end of the world'?

The main problem in my eyes is the time its broadcast, far too late at night. Otherwise its decent enough really.

That's exactly what happened with this, a local was calling round the papers with the story also claiming he had pics on his phone, which I guess turned out to be worthless.

My mate asked at ticket office yesterday and was told they're going on sale on the 3rd. Annoying as we'd miss being able to buy them at the Bristol City game.

Why not just put it in the article, then no-one needs to call up. If every one potentially interested in these tickets called the club, what good would that do anyone?

Get the 8.30 coach down and the 17.50 back = £35. Bit pricey, but not too bad.

I think its a s**t reaction from Blackburn fans, if they want to have a go at anyone it should be their owners. Also I've seen us play Blackburn loads of times over the years, never seen their fans make that much effort getting behind their side. They've been spoilt over the last 20 years and considering the size of their club they're bound to struggle in the Prem at times.

Exactly. Its the sort of thing this forum should be used for more. Saints are generally rubbish at sorting collective travel etc, independent mini-buses/coaches etc, must be loads of Saints travelling in from all over on Monday.

Right, I'm going to have another moan about this announcement. No mention of how many are now available. Is it 50? 100? 500? They're asking people to possibly go out of their way, without giving them any idea of what their chances would be of managing to get a ticket. Also, it's not clear. If you have already bought a Brighton ticket against your season ticket number, can you buy another one in this batch?
