Brilliant guy Raidi - Made a fantastic contribution on the pitch, I will never forget when we played Leeds at home in our first season in League 1 that he marked Beckford out of the game completely. In fact the much hyped Mr Beckford spent much of the game on his arse, so dominant was Raidi. he will have much to offer as a coach wherever it may be

Posted this on the predicted date of first signing thread, and although nothing of substance, similar noises have hit my ears too... Can't help but beleive that there is something in this. If nothing else Burnley have offered Derby 1.5 million for Shackell and thats the sort of money they don't really have to shell out on one player, unless they were getting it from somewhere else of course!

Thought Mutch was distinctly average last night - Struggled for long periods to have any influence on the match at all and particularly boosed around by Ferguson. Redmond is certainly a live wire and injected great energy and pace into Brum's game and undoubtedly contributed to their fightback. However, neither of them would add a great deal to us in the Prem at this stage (although Redmond has potential).

Newcastle and Villa reportedly interested in him. Not seen him play and the Erdvisie is not particularly strong, but his hit rate is similar to Suarez when he played at Ajax and he's not too bad is he?
