Well that shows just how bad he was, if you think that excuses his Spurs bias then knock yourself out but truth of the matter was he favoured them time and time and time again.
-
To be honest he did that in the first ten minutes he was on. Taken his chance with both hands if Ralph’s comments after the game are anything to go by. Well done Josh
-
He was scandalous today. How taking out Armstrong like that wasn’t a red card is beyond belief. Worse than Peter Walton a few years back against Leeds and I still maintain he was corrupt that day
-
Yes I think anything out of tomorrow will be a bonus to be honest.
-
Can you be more specfic than just eh ? What aren’t you understanding ?
-
Because whenever there is a tragedy the two sets of supporters always stand side by side. Some of those who died came from families with Everton supporters. There is no way the people of Liverpool would turn on other people from the city over something as terrible as that. They are rivals, of course they are, but there isn’t a hatred like us and Pompey or Manchester and Liverpool.
-
They were, which just goes to prove despite their whinging that the song has absolutely nothing to do with the Hillsborough tragedy.
-
are you sure it was 3853 minutes? I had it as 3851...........you need to get out more and before you disappear up your own arse with facts and figures will you stop putting words in my mouth and telling me what I think !! I never said he hadn’t gotten a lot of game time and yes pal I did watch us during that time so get back to your facts and figures and let me know before Ralph got hold of him how many successful tackles he made, his many square, safe passes he made and how many of his free kicks were awful ?
-
where did I say he was bad? Where am I blaming the player? Are you disputing this is the first manager who has realised his potential and turned it into something worthwhile? you concede he didn’t set the world alight under Pelligrino but let’s be honest he didn’t set the world alight under the others bar the odd few games, this is the first time he has been consistent over a decent spell if time.’ you can dispute the fact that Poch and Koeman eventually dropped him to the bench all you like but they did, in fact JWP almost became Koeman’s standard first change in his second season here.
-
Its all very well being a wise ass now but the facts speak for themselves. Poch, Koeman, and the three disasters after them all picked JWP, all gave him significant game time and all ended up benching him eventually. The truth of the matter is Ralph is the only manager who has actually improved him significantly. He has been turned into a first name on the team sheet kind of player and quite frankly it’s about time he stepped up. Long may it continue

Sometimes you can take heart from a defeat. This is one of them. More confident that we will get more points than Cardiff to stay up than I was this time last week
-
Is this the same Forster that some people unbelievably think should be given another chance in the first team ?
-
Oh for the days of the Police dog demo when a copper didnt get the memo (as it would of been then) and ran onto the pitch chasing the guy dressed up as a thief carrying a bag labelled Swag ! Get back to the relay race FFS
-
you can forget Watford for now, they are still in the Cup

Thought Charlie put in a hell of a shift this evening, Long on the other hand looks totally devoid of confidence or a fkin clue. Doesn’t even seem to run around to any effect now. Keep Gunn in goal, keep that back five in front of him, I know Yoshida always has a mistake in him but he’s a hell of a lot better than Stephens. JWP - totally different player to the one that’s been annoying me with his non effectiveness for the past few years. Shows it dan be done, well done son !
-
well I’m kind of banking on Stephens being sat in the stands.....
-
Over to you Southampton - try not to **** up this chance yet again eh ?
-
No it means they are trying to get him back to full fitness carefully, the controlled workload bit is the clue
-
just as well then
-
So the goals that will keep us up have to come from Long, Austin, Gallagher and/or Redmond with perhaps Ings fit enough to chip in here and there ? Terrific
-
The one thing Austin is good at is getting into dangerous areas in the box. Fulham have a ****e defence therefore Charlie must play, he will score a hat trick and will be carried around the pitch at the end and hailed a hero by the cheering masses.
-
All these weaknesses in players, Armstrong for example, will have been eliminated after the one to ones last week so no need to worry about them I would have Sims involved Wednesday as well, decent option from the bench at least.
-
I would be putting Sims on the bench at least. Fulham’s defence is awful, pace and plenty of crosses into the box should give us a bloody good chance.
