yeah the first was very poor and the second was a combo of Stephens and the young lad Ramsay letting the striker get in unchallenged -

The BBC commentators failed to mention we finished that game with a combination of 7 kids and reserves on the pitch. Suppose it would have taken the edge off their Lampard love in !! -

This has to be Moi’s last chance to impress surely ? He has up to now shown, umm, how can I put this ? Oh yeah - **** all !! -
Think thats got more to do with Defoe not making Eddie's list of favourites and never getting picked than any lack of ability from the player. Don't know why they ever signed him to be honest.

you are joking of course aren’t you ?

Really ? You should of mentioned it before

Romeu showing what a class act he is. Very pleased he’s back to his best -
well there’s three traits I never thought I would see in the same sentence as JWP but I like your positive outlook

Last time I can recall we had such a depleted squad was home to Everton when RK was manager. We won comfortably that day.......that’s the straw I’m clutching anyway

he’s another world beating secretly hidden away gem who has gained incredible ability whilst away on loan at a relegated Blackburn and a poor Birmingham side that he couldn’t even get in.

Surely if the club appealed the decision Austin would be available for Saturday. Obviously the appeal would be lost but it would delay the ban until we have some fit, or a new, striker ?

yes, it was definitely one hell of a fantastic moment. -
Or some might think he will improve under a decent manager and add another pacey option to a severely under strength forward line.......
-
If we are signing a striker this would be a bloody good week to get it done.
-
Definitely a player Ralph can work with and improve.

well he goes away for the Asia Cup now doesn’t he ?
-
they aren’t doing a bad job with the “Harry Kane, he’s won more than you!” chant. Sorry but what has he won with either Spuds or England ?
-
You make it sound like an FA Cup tie where a first or second division team draw one of the big boys at home ! **** me, three years ago we were beating Man City and Liverpool. If you console yourself with that logic then great, knock yourself out. How have you rationalised the West Ham game out of interest ? Dave Merrington said he thought it was the worst performance of the season and if we carry on like that we will be relegated. So Merrington or Duckhunter ? Umm, tough one, which one knows more about football ?

If the manager gave some of those players a chance to show what they can do they blew it. None of the ones that came in added anything despite some trying to big JWP up. I think giving Ramsay his debut in this game was a mistake. Play him against Derby by all means but not today. Cedric should of played. He’s on the wage bill, he’s fit, he plays regardless of whether he goes in two weeks or whatever. Stephens - lovely passer of the ball but is not and never will be a centre back. Holding midfielder maybe, emergency right back possibly but cannot head the ball, has no awareness of where his man is when trying to mark someone. Hopeless.
-
If I never see him in a Saints shirt again I believe I could live with it.
-
Is Ramsay strictly a right back or a wing back come winger like the lad Johnson who came on against Arsenal is ?
