You must be mistaken, when Hughes didn’t play him there were all sorts of conspiracy theories as to why not given he was apparently a world class defender. Him being as **** as are other centre backs wasn’t one of those theories.

No ****in way. There have only been two times in my life when I have lost interest in Saints and gone to matches out of duty rather than wanting to. The first was the last few months of Branfoot and the second is right now.

I’m afraid I feel exactly the same. There aren’t many players in this squad I actually like. They are all of a mindset where they think they are better than they actually are.
