We seem to be linked with a few top CMs, i personally feel Cork and Morgan have a great partnership and we shouldn't break this partnership up, in fact i would go out to say there partnership is one of the best in the league, do we really need a top class CM whos going to come in and replace one of them most likely Cork ?

It was a great game, it showed our attacking power and how good Lambo Punch and Lallana worked together, it also showed nigels poor subs which is a shame as i feel this game cost him his job. From a Utd and neutral point of view, it showed how good RVP and Scholes were that day.

Im a coach and know how these things work, they make out like Saints do that, if you son goes he has a CHANCE of being spotted by the talent development officer, but very rare does it happen, some of the Saints coaches maybe level 2 but are awful same went for pompeys community coaches aldo they did have a older guy who was a great coach.

LG and YF were just unfortunate, i feel if we used them when we were relegated they would of turned out pretty good championship players.

Jos is not top 10 standard CB, hes a top Championship/ bottom 3/4 prem side CB at best, seems a nice guy and good for back up, however if were serious about a top 8 finish he needs to be 3rd or 4th choice. Fonte Yoshida Forren and Lovren for me is a good defence to have, all good enough to play for any prem side out of the top 6/7, with Clyne and Shaw both future England full backs i feel we have a quality defence now and just need RB cover Winger and a new Striker if Sharp is off to complete a squad good enough for a 10th-8th place finish, and a good cup run QF/SF of league or fa cup.

Malouda could do a job from the bench as back up to Lallana and Punch and on his day is quality and better then both of them.

I would also choose Gaston, he has shown brilliance this season proving if he can adapt himself he would be quality, also i notice he plays balls that are more suited to the quicker player, problem we have is if Lallana and Punch have off days theres no spare natural winger, we need a Ince or Phillips or one of MPs Speedy tricky wingers from his time in Spain, if we have this Gaston will play the balls to them allowing the crosses to get in and for him to find space to score on the edge of the area. This season Fonte and Lallana were quality before there injuries and i feel Gastons injury also played a part in his poor season, not saying he was quality before hand, just adapting to the prem takes some players longer and injuries effect there settling in period.

Hes been playing on the wing with a free role, which hes adapting to, scoring 6 goals from LW/RW is not that bad in the prem. Has potential to be a top class striker, if MP can find a way to allow him be more of a striker next season i think were see him score 10 goals plus. My concern is Mayuka as far as our striking options go, i really hope he can produce this season or we can ship him on loan for 6 months to get some confidence, and allow Sharp a chance to have a few games in the mean time, we had times this season we needed a natural pocher and he would of grabbed some goals specially off Jay Rods runs and shots.

Cesc joined at 17 from Barca Ramsey joined from Cardiff same age, there nothing to do with Arsenals Youth set up, i think Cesc played maybe 3-4 months in the under 18s.

MP can **** off then, he should be here because of Southampton Football Club not because of a person, this club is bigger then NC and MP, as for NC he can also F off if he is trying to get people to back him and pressure ML family, il take there ownership and different chairman, it ML money that saved us not NC. Disgrace that something like this is happening when were doing ok and its working well with NC as chairman.

If its a case of money, lets hope we beat stoke finish 12th or 11th get that bit extra money, and NC and ML family can agree we dont sell our best players, but if we dont, the club must run on a smaller budget then this year. I personally think we need 4 players to ensure we finish between 12th and 9th next season with a good cup run that would be a Winger, CB spare LB and RB, for me they can all be brought for 20 million, i feel a steady rise to the top can be achieved without spending 30 mill a season, if we keep our best young players, unless its for very good money eg Shaw for 20 million, Morgan for 15 million.

Knowing there missing 3 1st team players 2 of which are there best strikers, should prevent them from scoring and causing a 3-0 defeat like WBA, keep Johnson and Larrson quiet and were not going to concede, bar Rose there defence lacks pace, Jay Rod should have a good game today.

Prem safety until were a top 8 side then give up a top 8 spot finish 17th and have a FA Cup win, i like the league cup dont get me wrong but the magic of the FA Cup is something i like and always falls around my bday like it did in 2003. Under MP and NC were never go down if we stay up this season which we should with at least a point at Sunderland today

I would say 10th-8th if we sign 3-4 players that are required back up RB LB and Winger and CB if Forren is not up to scratch. We could go higher and say 8th-6th this will happen if WBA lose lukaku Everton lose Moyes and these guys were not replaced.

Sunderland away is a massive game, however would prefer it if wigan lose today and we can go there take a draw and be happy that were be 5 points clear, knowing wigan would need 6 points from Arsenal and Villa.

Draw tonight was perfect result for us if you consider there now missing 3 good players next week, i reckon it will be like our game vs Swansea boring and cancelling each other out, and will be a 0-0 or 1-1 draw, Wigan have there cup final some players wont go in fully in fear of injury. If Swansea win, then all this panic would be for nothing.

Acording to a few Sunderland fans there be without that Cellular and Larsson as well as Gardner Fletcher and Sess, if thats the case i fully expect at least a draw, if we lose to a team in the bottom 5/6 missing 5 regular starters its a disgrace specially if they have Bramble starting. However Sunderland do look like they want this and i believe they will stay up, il take a draw there if Celluar and Larsson are available if not i expect 3.

Should he be fit for Saturday, il be very confident of a win him and Cork with our back four being as tight as it has been under MP when Shaw has been fit, it should stop Sunderland from scoring.

Should Wigan win midweek we need 3 points to stay up, should they lose or draw a draw would be fine here. Sunderland lack attacking options, yes they have 2 very good wingers but no Ses or Fletcher should mean if we stay as tight as we were today and have been bar WBA, they should struggle to score more then one goal and with our attacking options due a goal i really hope we have a goal fest here. i think 1-3 is a good shout, however il take a 0-0 draw before the game, to give us some breathing space.

We need a 3rd choice striker whos prem ready, Mayuka needs a season or 6 months loan spell in the championship maybe to adapt to the English game. Lambo played some world class balls this season and did one today for NC, hes more then good enough at this level and il back him to score in our last 2 games, and get more then 10 again next season with a few assts.

They will never reduce the price, i feel they should freeze the renewal price, i wont be wanting to pay more then 600 for my ticket again, at a push i would do 625, if they give me a cup game for free.

I blame the fans trying to sign gastons song at every chance, yet we hardly sing SRL song now, league one days when we sang it before every game was quality, he appreciated this, lets go back to singing his name when were waiting for KO.
