To be fair it would be beyond idiotic to state we intend to sign a load of new players publicly, as the selling club would just hike up the price. Personally I feel like the only value in January is with loan players. Brooks and Rothwell coming in two seasons ago really helped, just to bring in a bit of additional energy. Let's not mention Gronbaek last season... There must be a GK somewhere out there sitting on the bench unhappy who can come in immediately. Hopefully those conversations have already happened, if we haven't got someone in by mid-January then we've fucked up again.
