I'd have dropped a striker and put Romeu in but hey ho. Should cause their defence a few problems hopefully. Sadly I can see Abraham causing ours multiple issues.
Just seen the random call out by the OP.
I don't recall ever saying how great he was but happy to be proved wrong if I did say that. If that was my post, it was probably trying to refute the drama queens writing him off after one match.
Cedric had his best game for a while, but he was dreadful so that says a lot really
We just look so uncomfortable on the ball, do they actually use footballs in training?
I had flashbacks to Southampton 2-2 Middlesbrough
That scarred me as a child, and I always knew from that point that with Southampton 2-0 is never enough to make it comfortable.
Fortunately Norwich were shocking.
Not necessarily, they move a handful of games to 12.45, 5.30 and 2pm on a Sunday to accommodate overseas broadcasters. Out of the 32 games, most of them won't kick off at 3pm on Saturday.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!
Second half was so much better, and ultimately we deserved that.
Need to follow it up with a victory against Norwich, but hopefully that gives the players the much needed confidence boost at home to kick on up the table.
A spirited 10 minutes or so but other than that, dreadful.
Our attacking tactics need a rethink. 2 weeks on the training ground to get it right, Arsenal away is a free hit, 6 points a must from Norwich and Watford at home.
I have to say, it might be worth considering a change of manager. Something's clearly not working.
If this was Puel you lot would all be frothing at the mouth, but it was never as bad as this. Even under Hughes, at least we could score...
