Spurs aren't all that, Bale, Dempsey, Dembele are their best players, everyone else is a bit average/poor. They are a team on the down a bit which should help, though they still are better than us.

It was a penalty but they did gloss over Carroll going down so cheaply the other 19 times in the game. Was a perfect opportunity for Arry to get in and claim how he could sort that mess out... (or get Carroll sent off for diving, that would almost be worth seeing)

No Guly is better than L1 and had many a good game in the champ. In the prem yeah not the best, but better than Puncheon. Guly can actually follow instructions and PASS THE BALL. Punch in the prem has just made some world class runs with some Steve De Ridder style crosses that have more of a chance of breaking someones window than getting into the box. Today was case and point that Punch is nowhere near a prem player because he is clueless and refuses to listen to other people for what to do with the ball. He did exactly the same against Fulham, United, City and Arsenal by just running with the ball into a dead end followed by giving it away to anyone near by. I hate it when people blame Guly and decide he is a L1 player despite his performances. Punch should go back to being the boo boy because he actually deserves it and is a joke of a championship player, let alone a premier league player.

Fox isn't bigger than the club. He also isn't really prem material but I guess that is a side show now.

Wow even Adkins is playing the media game too hard, or worryingly he isn't watching the same games as everyone else. We did 4-3-3 against City, been doing the 4-2-3-1 pretty much every other game. I am sticking with he is confusing the media in some long running joke that will make everyone else look silly

Context is a bit essential there. From what I gather Pardew is an ass hat and really didn't sort out the summer before hand, league position was going to cost him regardless. In the same token we hired Adkins, who was single handedly keeping S****horpe much higher than they ever should be. I don't see how sacking him and going for a mid-season upheaval is going to help things at all. Adkins deserves a season, not just for getting 2 promotions but because it would be stupid not too. He can sort out the training (FM style) any time and can buy a new back line over christmas. He needs the chance to do these things really, sack him if we are 19th or 20th on valentines day.

Redknapp hasn't done well in the prem, he turned a team that should have gotten champions league into a team that got champions league, with zero input from him self... Benitez maybe though

We play Steven Davis and Schniderlin just infront of the back for to defend and break forward with a no.10 (Lambert, Lallana or Gaston) to drop back a bit/run forward to play in 2 wingers and a deep sitting forward..... 4-3-3 is not what's going on.

Lambert on the bench works, all west ham could do was stick 2/3 people on him and still look stupid. It's stupid to run him into the ground for 90 mins knowing we wont score. Play Lambert for 30 when we should score 2-3 is much more sensible. Shame the rest of the team haven't a clue.

Well who will be the messiah then?? Some one like Redkanpp? Coyle? Mick? No chance, all will be the same as Adkins in the same dog fight, costing the club more money. Boruc was poor today, Kelvin has been poor all season and Gazza has been pretty good. No idea how Gazza can look bad so far no howlers, no stupid errors, just lots of solid goal keeping. A Joke if he's not back in between the sticks for the rest of the season as we don't need the others making a mess.

IDIOT! Firstly Puncheon was the l1 player making us looks stupid. Secondly that was Guly's best game of this season, he isn't a left winger, but played out there properly for 90 mins with his only complaint being Lambert taking the free kick off him.

As simple as it sounds we got "Fat Sam-ed" We lost because Carroll goes down quicker than a Thai hooker and they exploited it with devastating effect. Cheating at its finest as they were SHOCKING, the most abysmally bad footballing side in the football league, Burton Albion and Gillingham would have been ashamed of that type of performance! At very least Adkins made the right substitutions, Puncheon was **** and Rodriguez the biggest waste of 6m I have ever seen, should have wasted everything on Hoillet and no one else. When Lambert came on we should have made it 2-2 and the game would have been ours as West Ham had no answer for us controlling the ball. Instead we played into that diving ****'s hands and failed miserably. No idea why Boruc, he's not fit or good enough. Gazza is better and unless injured that's the biggest mistake of the season. Worst of all we aren't a bad side, just full of clueless silly mistakes that end up in cricket score lines. The formation works, 4-2-3-1 with morg and steven dropping deep to then power forward works really well, they just don't seem confident to take a shot, leaving the shooting to Rodriguez who couldn't score in a brothel. It's going to be a long season but we cannot sack Adkins yet as there is no one to save us, just roping all the back line together and slapping the ref to book diving.

Guly just, steven Davis was good on the ball but only because no one closed him down. Guly did left wing well let Lallana fail in the middle.
