  1. Yeah, Alderweireld and Ben Mee from this season strike out as the clear handballs against us, nothing given. Just depends who the ref/VAR person on the day is.
  2. Pretty similar to Boufal's on the weekend, wasn't it?
  3. The legendary Saphir Taider is at Montreal Impact as well. You might finally get to see him play, six years later.
  4. West Ham's two scorers cost £67m in total according to Wiki. Their fans are protesting pre-match against their owners. Must be difficult.
  5. Did Barcelona sign the wrong forward from Leganes?
  6. What about the foul on Armstrong as he played the ball?
  7. Stephens, Ward-Prowse and Ings are forming a very good spine. Possibly, or most certainly our most important players on current form. Long may it continue.

    Che Adams

Looking at Adams' scoring record, prior to last season his highest scoring total in the Championship was 7 goals in 40 appearances. Shane Long once scored 21 goals in 44 appearances in the Championship in 2010-11 with Reading, but has only managed to hit double figures once in the league since then, which was with us in 2015-16 when he scored 10. Hopefully Adams doesn't go down the same path with last season just being an anomaly/purple patch season.
  9. The Palace players got in the refs ear right from the first whistle, similar to United in the League Cup final and you could see after about 20 minutes of it, it had a massive impact on his decision making. He was giving them very weak fouls, etc. Also, funny how Bertrand got booked the other day for taking his time on a throw-in, but nothing was given to Palace players. The ref also needed to be stronger against their dissent like the referee who sent off Zaha last season. Milovojevic was lucky.
  10. See we're back above Bournemouth and one of the supposed best manager's in the league. Does that mean the south coast is ours again, following their chants earlier in the season?
  11. Is it wrong to really enjoy Jack Stephens’ recent performances?
  12. There’s the inconsistency! Play stopped immediately when Rudiger and Obafemi go down m.
  13. Moss waits until the corner to stop play for Bednarek’s head injury...
  14. Great first half. Obafemi having his best game in a Saints shirt both on the ball and off the ball. Against one the big boys, so cue the January links... Only problem is, how many times have we giving up winning positions this season.
  15. Today is the day for Adams to give Ralph something to think about. Interested to see what he can now do with a few months in the squad now and getting more than 10 minutes today.
  16. Not too much rotation, well not any, barring Ings and the forced injury to Long.
  17. Ralph just said in the pre-Chelsea press conference that he wants two new players in, in January as the squad is currently unhealthy due to the lack of balance and limited options for certain positions. Hopefully the club don't deliver him another Danso on deadline day.
  18. Kovacic much better for them than Zouma. The latter being one of their weak points, Long could cause some mayhem against him, so that's good.
  19. They've also signed Almiron (£21m), Saint-Maximin (£20m) and Joelinton (£40m) over the last two windows. Newcastle have got it good.
  20. This time last year we were three points worse off, but also one position higher.
  21. Easy, never really in doubt. So there are three teams that are actually worse than us... One point off Bournemouth and the south coast is theirs, they have one of the best managers in the league and all that...
  22. Parries*
  23. Heaton’s bad on the old parties.
  24. Where did they find this Guilbert guy to?
  25. I love Danny Ings.
