  1. With the possible exception of women who don't wax their growler, I can't remember the last time I was offended about anything. Some folks are racist, deal with it, innit.
  2. Nobody can accuse me of such things, some of my best friends are black.
  3. Nooooorrrrrttttthhhhhhaaaaaammmmmmpppppttttttttoooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnn 2-1
  4. make it 3!!
  5. Loathe spurs and Sherwood. No doubt he'll give it the 'plucky little Southampton pushed us all the way nonsense', and worse than that he actually believes it. Depressingly predictable that every time we go 2-0 up it becomes a case of next goal wins.
  6. That's why we will never catch Everton.
  7. As soon as NC left, I just took it as a given that Poch would go in the summer. Pretty sure he'll be off with or without an job offer elsewhere too. Things do 'feel' different these post NC days. Personally think it's a real shame how things have panned out for us, I never bought into the Champs League nonsense, but with NC and Poch in place I thought we were in for a great few years, and now it's been taken away without any real facts as to why being known. Just hope to god we don't drift back to relegation dog fights as a consequence.
  8. The way Lambert has deteriorated over the last few months is just odd. Looks like an exhausted lower league journeyman.
  9. £45? Cheaper to just pay next door neighbours kid to come over and kick a ball as high as he can for an hour and half in my garden.
  10. Don't have a problem with getting beat, but that was unacceptable. Body language was awful, and in the context of our league position it makes no sense at all.
  11. Hahaha, worst I've seen! Kanu did one a few years back I think, but that was some effort.
  12. Bizarre display. Almost looks like a fixed game, wouldn't be surprised to hear about suspicious betting patterns in Asia!
  13. I doubt Poch cares much about problems in the summer, chances are he'll be Spurs boss by then.
  14. One of them on The News site - That was so painful to watch. I never thought if I lived to be a hundred that I'd see us lose at home to Torquay United. Why on earth not? You're utterly appalling you deluded fools.
  15. Well, what the fuc was that all about then? Sign a nutter, he behaves like a nutter, and then get rid of him a few weeks later. Probably best not to bother in the first place. What was the point? Strangest signing since that moldy freak we got before the before the chelsea game last years. What's he doing now anyway? Washing the players cars for a quid no doubt. Fuc this noise, off to bed.
  16. Like all managers, it depends if he gets a better offer. A better offer + Cortese still being here would still likely result in him staying, as it stands he'd be straight out the door.
  17. Arse players saying he climbing all over him. Wenger will have a good moan about that, ref will be looking to even it up
  18. Never really liked the way we had to fight tooth and nail to get him here, you always (well, I do) get the feeling it isn't really right for either party from the start if it's just 100% for the readies. I said after the Newcastle incident that it was actually nice to have a bit of eccentricity now and again, but you have to combine it with brilliance otherwise you just look like a moron. Doesn't look like the 'peace and quiet' here is going to reduce these outbursts to a manageable level so barring a 'moment of clarity' from him I guess that's that.
  19. I wonder if she has had time to read it yet.
  20. Her and four blokes in one room? Anyone spot Ben Dover?
  21. Does Kevin Keegan still have a house in the area?
  22. I'm more worried about who will be our manager next season, because it doesn't look like Poch will be staying.
  23. Next goal wins, shame as it should be 0-3 really.
  24. Apologies, didn't check through all the threads first, here's the link. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/jan/16/katharina-liebherr-southampton-football-owner-german-markus
  25. From the Guardian today: After his death at the age of 62 in August 2010 and the subsequent inheritance of Mali Holdings by Katharina, she decided to make 31 employees redundant and has since been accused of failing to set a new direction for the company. The Swiss newspaper Der Bund said that while Mali initially said that Katharina would continue her father's work, "it has become increasingly clear in recent months that Mali can't sort out the successorship". One employee at Wifag was quoted saying: "With the death of the patron, the chicken has lost its head. For a while it continued wandering around without a sense of direction, then it bled to death."
