  1. There’s nothing fake about the fact that Leicester have a game in hand because of the Cup and are only behind on 1 GD. If they do beat us, that still gives them a 3 point head start on an 8 game run in.
  2. If Leicester hadn’t been in the cup and had beaten us at the KP this weekend, Leeds could in theory have won their only draw at Huddersfield and still been behind them in the table. That’s literally winning every game for three months and still not being top of the table. If you need to be literally perfect for 1/3 of a league season just to be within a couple of points, I would say it’s not unreasonable to call that “unassailable”.
  3. Leicester haven’t exactly been sh*te either but Leeds league form since the new year is just bananas.
  4. Thank f*ck! I don’t think I’ve ever celebrated an injury time Man Utd winner before but if that knocks the Klopp bukake down a notch or two then brilliant.
  5. Both of those photos in the article were taken whilst he was at Saints. Good luck to the bloke though, always liked him and he did an excellent job with the resources at his disposal. The fact that we brought two different men in to replace him and both lost almost every game they played speaks volumes as to the job he did keeping us up with that squad.
  6. So you think our own fans have some sort of small time mentality for 'just being happy to be in the PL' but will credit Pompey for winning three leagues which are far, far, far sh*tter. Essentially what they've won is the trophy for finishing 21st, 44th and 67th, or whatever that equates to in real world football terms. I'm sure we'd have won most of that if we spent half our life in the lower leagues. I'd rather finish 2nd in L1 at the second attempt than win it at the 14th, or whatever they're on now. Nope, never happened. Everyone loved Wembley and the European games.
  7. What, with their one FA Cup since the war (the same as us) which they went bankrupt chasing and ended up in League 2? I'm not sure what it is you'd care about them boasting about. We aren't comparing Man City and Stockport.
  8. I agree. We have a significant section of our fanbase who seem to do nothing but sing about Pompey and yet others seem to be scared of actually playing them. As funny as it is to see them stuck in League 1, IF we do stay down it would add a bit more excitement to next season. Lambert's goal at Fratton last time was absolute limbs, even if we did end up drawing. I think I ended up about three rows forward.
  9. I believe Glasgow had £5 on Putin, but he cashed out for £374, before the result was announced.
  10. It is but with Osvaldo you can’t help but wonder how many of his problems could have been averted but not acting like a monumental w*nker his whole life. He probably wouldn’t feel half as empty and lonely if he hadn’t spent the best years of his life getting women pregnant, walking out on them and apparently having nothing to do with the kids.
  11. I was thinking more Penny, Priti, Palin and Begum.
  12. A keeper as good as Pickford may have kept us up last season, as he did for Everton, but we’re talking about a a very good keeper and a very big maybe. You’re basically talking about one very good player bailing out a lot of crap ones, we’d still have had an awful team with two terrible managers. This season Baz has been very good and there’s no other realistic Championship option we’d be doing better with. He has strengths and weaknesses, just like anyone else, but overall performs well at this level. For some reason people talk as if he’s making howlers every couple of games and never makes a decent save.
  13. It lookes like we can add Holly Valance to the list of hot, right wing women.

Good, so we should. The only thing a crackpot like Vlad understands is strength, If we sent in peacekeepers as far as Kharkhiv, Dnipro and Odessa, Ukraine's safety and Sovereignty would be secure.
  15. You might want to speak to Stoke, Blackburn and Swansea fans about the reality of that.
  16. Because we had Sully, Edozie, SAA, Fraser, AA, Stu, Alcaraz, Mara and Adams all vying for four spots in the team. We were always going to have to ship a couple out.

  18. On the plus side, we are going to get some good news about Hitler in a couple of weeks.
  19. Good to see we're not repeating the mistakes we made with Delgado. Happy birthday Nige!
  20. Clearly an absolute crackpot, although the guy who made the video is also something of an obsessive weirdo; trying to make a conspiracy which is nothing to do with Brexit about Brexit.
  21. Amazing how Everton haven’t won a league game for three months and still aren’t looking like getting relegated.
  22. Whilst that's not untrue, pretty much every team can say the same thing. If Leicester had hung on to their lead at Leeds and beaten QPR at home, they'd be 12 points clear of third.
  23. And yet he’s right. Regardless of our league positions, I can guarantee the message boards of both those teams will be going radio rental after this weekends games.
  24. Leicester were a good 7 or 8 points ahead and just needed a draw from their last couple of games anyway, so that was hardly a bottle job. What was ten times funnier was that they lost at home to us the following week, then got spanked by relegated Newcastle and overtaken by Arsenal on the last day of the season.
  25. No, he means you literally can’t get in, the fire brigade have closed off the access roads.
