The problem is that's meaningless, if you think about it. If there are offers from other parties, they would just refuse anything we offer below that. I would imagine we've got an agreed price as we did with Toby, although that's obviously still reliant on Denso signing a contract.

I'd say 8/10 Getting rid of Austin, Clasie, Targett and Gallagher permanently is a reasonable start and I don't think we could have hoped for much better. Happy with the players we've brought in, even if I've seen very little of them before.

We’ve got one already in Bednarek and just behind him Klarer. £14m would just buy another flawed defender, which is of no use. If we’re going to draw any conclusions I’d say; 1. The club has more faith in Klarer making an impact than Sims 2. Were in the market for a £20-30m CB but that’s conditional on some serious gardening to the wage bill.
