I just jumped in front of the huge queues at Soton 500+ by showing my weekly chandler's ford ticket and said going there and just went to platform for London ..and now on with a seat Sorry :0 Front carriages didn't leave Soton full nobody standing...Then parkway not many waiting so they got nice standing (I would advise to try and get on there if you can) Eastleigh then packed it to sardines And nobody will be able to get on at Winchester Only 5 carriages though complete joke The trains back after I can only see alot of problems it won't be logistically possible to fit everybody on :/

Been trying to work out what best with the trains but still at a loss...wanted to get on at Winchester but can't see how it would even be possible once it's come from Soton packed out ? See they've already got big metal barrier queuing system outside Soton central ready Thinking going to have to go to Soton now and just have to see how it goes..

That won't work, last train back from Arsenal recently for the midweek cup game was over crowded and hundreds of people unable to board the train. This will be even worse. It's annoying as I would prefer to get the train than the boring coach and go for drinks in London after, but I cant see anything other than complete chaos (especially with the Rugby match on top of this)

Was a complete ****** take, likewise I couldn't get on the 23.05 one as was full inside and 30 people by each door trying to get on. Why is it so difficult for them to put on extra carriages knowing there is a game on (or they should know) Finally got another late train and had to get off at Basingstoke for coach to Soton, really spoilt the day.
