  1. The sad fact is that the liberal democrats are anything but these days. They aren't even interested in a second referendum, they will just reject a democratic vote unless it ticks the "******** to Brexit" box. Instantly alienating about half the voting electorate.
  2. Article today about an influencer lauching a sexist complaint against an amazon trampoline. The product instructions advised that the springs were extremely stiff and that it may be advisable to seek the help of a man to install them. Okay, a little clunky for today's world, but if that doesn't apply then you just laugh it off surely? You don't launch a social media crusade about anything that offends or upsets you so deeply (men are normally physically stronger than women) just to get your followers up... Maybe I'm just wildly out of touch at 32 or have more important things to worry about?
  3. It was shocking. Regular abuse on here from the reedists, even following his sacking.
  4. Surely the thread should be put to print. Volume 1?

    Che Adams

I'm actually quite excited by him. He's young, seems level headed, works hard, and has an eye for goal with quick first time shot and some decent ball control.

Signing a player that was kept out of the team by Sammy G. In ralphampton we trust
  7. The rules are the issue, not VAR. Bracing myself for a season of people ****ing and moaning whilst not understanding where the issue actually lies...
  8. So confused, why are we starting new threads about this almost a month after it happened.
  9. Our start is horrific. Even games like Leicester and Wolves will be problematic. And yet, in ralph we trust
  10. Shame we let Mings go tbh.
  11. He was rumoured to be on 12k/week. With a fee of £22m. The damage is done regardless.
  12. Sadly it has become very very difficult to discuss opposing views in today's politics. People just result to insults.
  13. I thought the results made a very good case for not having a second referendum. It was clear that we have to extreme and irreconcilable views - anyone who wanted a second ref gave their vote to liberals/greens/change Uk / Plaid, or SNP. Yet that vote share was about equal to the no deal brexit vote. In the middle you've got the remaining tory and labour voters who just want this whole thing dealt with so we can move on and govern the rest of the country. Labour are in serious trouble, they can't afford to go for a second referendum because they will be annihilated up north as a result, and equally, it will not now distinguish them from the liberals or greens. Round of a applause to Jezza there. God knows what will happen to the tories. And if we have a second referendum, then scotland has a second referendum and leaves... at which point, the vast majority of the england and wales supports either brexit or no deal brexit. Also very clear that failure to deliver brexit (or go back on it altogether) puts farage in No.10 with a massive majority. A right fine mess. Best deliver a brexit deal and move on whilst their is still a parliamentary term that can be used for other things....!!
  14. yes, but could you hear the screams?
  15. You know damn well we were all labelled bed wetters...
  16. Have I missed something that has recently happened to trigger this particular thread?
  17. Does the job, cheers.
  18. Can't find any working streams for this?
  19. Terrible what has happened in Sri Lanka, completely out of the blue as well. Almost feel like it is being done to hurt the economy with easter as an excuse. There has not been much previous history of violence aimed specifically at Christians. Absolutely abhorrent and one of the worst terror attacks of recent times.
  20. Being reported in the Fail that we're in for him to support Wilson. Done a pretty poor job at Everton, and before that he was at now relegated Sunderland. Not inspired by this... 21. If Cardiff can get 7 points, they will stay up. I would personally be happy with Brighton or Cardiff going down. Cardiff are a scummy club and have acted appallingly over the very tragic events of January (and not for the first time). Brighton because they play terrible football and are a club along the South coast which I think should only see us in the top flight. Picking the two, I'd have Brighton to go down this year. Cardiff will be certs for relegation next year anyway
  22. See no reason to update this post from the 12th Feb.
  23. Obviously not...
