Did I not say strengthen the team off the back of staying up? We don't have the depth to maintain a cup challenge and put out a strong team in the league every week. If we stay up we can add to the team, meaning that we can rest a few players without severely weakening the side. We cannot play the same team every single game without expecting them to get worn out. E.g v Norwich. So how can we expect to put out a team to win the cup and one that's capable of keeping us in this league.

Don't think Richardson's definitely out the door tbh, covered well for Clyne when he was moved to LB, reckon he'll play a few more times this season when back from injury. As for Dickson playing - he's in no way good enough for this league or even the championship, would much much rather play Guly

Sorry, what the f*ck are you on about. It makes perfect sense that we field a weaker team in the cup this season, resting our first team and focusing on league games, if we stay up we then aim to bring in more quality players next season and improve the all round quality of the team. Then allowing us to compete in the league and the cup. I'd much rather stay up but get thrashed by Chelsea. Winning the cup hasn't done Birmingham much good has it.

Very pleased with his work, always felt that he deserved time but definitely understood the point of view of those who didn't, even if we do go down I think he should remain at the club. Have up agree with this. Clearly very passionate. Was also good to see him questioning those booing Guly against Reading. Great to see players backing each other, exactly the spirit needed to survive in this league. Really impressed with him so far and long may it continue
