Harsh to complain about Redmond. He was trying to attack, not stop and play a safe pass back all the time ala Puel/Pellegrino. If you want attacking football then you have to accept that sometimes it's not going to work out. Same goes with players shooting from distance. I'd much rather see attacking intent that doesn't lead to a chance instead of passing it around the back four for 65 mins.

We've already spent the money so may as well try to get something out of him. If he does well enough to entice some other club to take him off our hands, great! If he does even better and shows he can actually be a useful member of the squad, great! If he continues to bomb, well... at least it may contribute to Les Reed getting the heave-ho.

The drums were as underused as the big flags in the corners. I assume we've just chucked them at some ball boys and told them to get on with it. I'm not against adding some 'atmosphere enhancers' (beats having ear bleeding music on the PA system or the cardboard clackers) but they should at least give something to the role. Then again, they do represent the team and they are pretty much going through the motions too.

I'm pretty sure all you have to do to sign a player is put in a bid and click on continue. Then after a few seconds you either have an agreement or you have to bump up the offer by a few mil and resubmit. All done in about 30 seconds. If you don't succeed, just end the process and reload your last save to try again.
