Don't know why everyone's throwing Gabbiadini in when he's only played one game.

Yep, the statue.
-
Absolutely. Tadic is an arse.

I was towards the back for the Bradford League Cup final and thought the view was fine. Helped that their fans were giving it some welly all around the ground, though...
-
Well, if it's true that we're paying him £100,000 a week and he spends it all on the treatment table that would be pretty bad. But I don't believe that for a second - if the £100k figure is anywhere near true it's probably on the assumption that he's playing and getting a healthy per-appearance fee.
-
Yep. Best of luck to Rodriguez at Sunderland as well after that bid we accepted.
-
I don't think this is true. He's often done interviews during periods of fan anxiety, such as during the Lallana/Lovren window and when there was loads of chat about Koeman leaving. Of course he puts a positive glean on things, and sometimes looks daft in hindsight months later, but I don't remember him going on camera after winning streaks, 'lapping up praise' or what have you. Any examples?
-
Exactly.

Can anyone find a pundit or writer who even mentions us in a piece about the relegation fight? Anyone?
-
You've done the lord's work, there. Thanks! If we have ~11,000 members, as per another post from someone saying they asked the club, then there's a decent chance of the last seats trickling down to the last window or two.

Went out to members with 8 games this morning, then members with 7 at 9am Thursday.
-
Good tip, thanks!
-
Anyone got some advice for where to be on the ticket site in the run-up to 9am? Is it best to be on the ticket homepage then refresh at 9am or can you go further in?
-
I recall when he signed the press release talked about his ability to play across the back four. Didn't realise they meant for the U23s!

Now I'm a Coldplay fan, but the day I hear a Fix You chant at the football...
-
What really worries me is that we've been saying this all season, and when the wins come they don't mark a turning point. That, to me, is a symptom of a team which isn't fully together, something which also comes out in a fair few player interviews when they call for unity.
-
Yeah. Disgraceful he didn't replace Wanyama. Perhaps with a bald guy.
-
I'd be amazed if low-level staff were guaranteed tickets, given United will have considerably more than us.
-
Indeed, which is why we can be pretty pleased if we get him in.
-
Obviously Clasie and Ward-Prowse will be close to him sometimes, but Romeu's the only one tasked with shielding the centre halves. Wanyama and Schneiderlin both did that when we were without the ball, though on the occasions Schneiderlin did get forward Davis would normally drop in and cover. At least, that's how I remember it. Now Clasie, JWP et al have to go and cover out wide.

That 8-0 win doomed us to years of depressing 1-1 draws with Sunderland, so let's not panic when it happens again.
-
As desperate grabs go, this guy's not a bad one but it's all a bit Sunderland, isn't it?
-
I'll always remember that Osvaldo goal. I know it wasn't his only one but can anyone honestly remember the others?
-
He never really had to, in fairness, as he was always played in a two. But that's a good article and it can never be repeated enough that Wanyama was our most important player in the time he was here. That partnership with Schneiderlin was the foundation of a top-class team.
