I have to watch Pelle strut his stuff in front of me every week, knowing I and pretty much everyone on this board will never be that good looking, and girls will never fancy me as much as him. Do you know what that does to me? Nothing.

I think the word "fancy" is the issue here, and how that word is defined. Blokes "fancying" criteria is probably very different to their "courting" criteria which probably takes into account the above conditions you set out.

Maybe it's more a problem with immigrants then, as we know better than that.

Of course I think this is skewed by his brilliant set piece ability, that creates a number of chances. In regards to England prospects, Roy and Gary have both mentioned he is firmly in their sights, and I would actually be surprised if he wasn't included in the next England squad. Gillingham always been my second team, great team to watch in the Hessenthaler, Asaba, Taylor (and the Right Winger who ended up at Bolton - his name eludes me at the moment) years, Playoff final etc.

They need to follow the formula from The Killing - separate stories but with some recurring characters and some excellent fairisle jumpers. To be fair I haven't had any transfer tips for bloody ages. The guy I used to know left the club about 18 months ago, and even then he wasn't very reliable. This is more of one that would work as backup to Pelle, especially if Osvaldo goes on loan to AC.
