I said that he was a dull appointment in the summer but was willing to give him a chance unti xmas. Needless to say he is a dull manager with dull tactics and a dull team.

I dont care if you were born in southampton, live in Southampton, remember us nearly going out of business, accepting we are a small club, being in the same position last season etc bloody etc, we are and have been playing utterly sh*t dull dull football. People deserve more for their hard earned cash, especially those that shelled out to go away and watch the dross we served up in europe. There is a goal at both ends of the pitch and if our guys are not capable putting the ball near or in them or that the manager prefers swinging it from side to side, they at least deserve some flak from us on here. For the manager to state that we do not need new players in this window is mind boggling to say the least, but on reflection will it bloody matter anyway if he still gets them to play the same old insipid way.

Lets be sensible here, not every player that moves onto another club reproduces the successes he had with his old club for many reasons, be it style of play, manager ete etc. I think that some are forgetting that Morgan ended up as one of the kingpins of our side and when he was injured or suspended we generally underperformed. Morgan has not turned into a bad player overnight, his abilities are still there and I'm sure they will come back again with the right team and coaching, unfortunately I don't think it will be with saints.

Yes sickening to say the least, we could easily sell off two of our underperforming midfielders to supplement his wages, but thats something saints will not do unfortunately.

Well thats helped me get into the xmas spirit, excellent result and a much needed boost for Jay.

Rubbish, at least he has some spirit and still wants to be on the pitch, its the ones who are perfectly happy coming off that bother me.

Midfielder?

Undecided atm, yes we are tight defensively but we are god awful to watch. Whilst being relatively safe I do wonder how long the fans patience will last being subjected to this every week.
