A whole £5! Wow you must be so confident of your prediction!
-
That's a laughable opinion tbh. He's definately not average.
-
Kane was average in my eyes, till he started scoring in the Europa League and went on that awesome run of goals last season. Now he's apparently worth 50m. Wouldn't write JWP off just yet....

Southampton FC: The Blueprint More Clubs Should Be Following
Saint IQ replied to Convict Colony's topic in The Saints
Some of the comments underneath are ridiculous ill informed nonsence. "This article fails to appreciate the real reason behind SFC success. Which mainly is down to having a billionaire owner, who gambled by spending between £100m-£150m getting them from League 1 to the PL."-Probably more like 30-40m most of which going on training ground "Are you kidding? Is going into administration to fund a new stadium the way to run a football club?" - different owners Jesus -

Jack Stephens Signs Until 2019 & Season Long Loan to Boro
Saint IQ replied to Chez's topic in The Saints
IIRR, on FM it says he's a Leeds fan. A championship loan seems to be the next step for him and Turnbull once we get another CB in. MK Dons perhaps? Or Leeds? Sweetener for a future deals on their young prospects, they have a few atm. Mowatt (20) Cook (18 ) and Bryam (21) all very good prospects. -
In 2013/14 Rickie Lambert was one of only 15 players in the top five European leagues in 2013-14 to both score & assist 10+ goals. He had a combined goal and assists of around 23 level with Aguero and only below a few others with 10+ assists.n goals in the Premier League, but yeah think what you want.

I think he realises Celtic are only going to be in the CL to make up the numbers and a move to Everton or Southampton would be a step up. Everton more prestige and bigger but Saints in Europa and have a dutch legend as manager. I think clubs would offer similar size wages for the player. I know which one I would choose Also, played with Forster before and has seen how well Wanyama has fitted in and progressed. Would that make any difference to his decision? Probably not. -
Okay I will, I'm glad that after last summer you are now a much more positive poster. Just I thought St.Patrik only posted info and that response wasn't really necessary
-
Well he might well be, it's still boring and if he is, he's taking the **** out of his former self last summer.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hassan_Kachloul from that to released from Villa July 2004 after no appearances in the 03/04 season and then retired at 32 in 2005 after playing a handful of games for Livingston.

Player of the season the year he left IIRC, went to Villa on a free and did nothing

Fantasy football team of ex-saints (current prem players)
Saint IQ replied to mcbendy's topic in The Saints
I have completely misunderstood the fact I couldn't pick current players......I'm bored now -
I think it was pretty clear to us that those of Ramirez and Mayuka at the time seemed nothing to do with Nigel, and a few months later he was out the door, whereas players like Cork and Sharp were clearly his signings. I would like to think that Ramirez, Mayuka, Forren and Osvaldo were all 'Cortese pushed signings' and from his departure all our signings are going to end up as good as the rest. It might not be true but as a Saints fan I like to think this way

Fantasy football team of ex-saints (current prem players)
Saint IQ replied to mcbendy's topic in The Saints
Well I think you should allow 3 from each team as there's only one goal keeper in the League that used to play for us (I think) that isn't in the squad now, so that gives you only 1 outfield current player onced you've picked a current saints goalie + the other one as a sub . So I haven't PLAYED BY THE RULES! ---------Forster Clyne Fonte Toby Bertrand ---------Morgan Dyer-------------Lallana --------Chambo -----Walcott Lambert Subs Boruc, Cork, Shaw, Crouch FF only has 4 subs, right? and 2 GK 5 DEF 5 MID 3 ATT. I played by those rules.
