we have gave away 3 precious points in stoppage time in the last 2 games to Cardiff and Burnley. It's these little things, these little moments that happen to teams who find themselves looking up at teams like Cardiff and Burnley from 18th place in early May. troubling times.

Huge 3 points!! almost like unexpected bonus points, especially considering that 4 of our next 5 games are against: Palace, Burnley, Cardiff and Fulham. we take care of business in those 4 matches things will be very rosy indeed.

So far, so good.. but big picture, a draw for Burnley/Huddersfield is the better result, IMO.

it's a big ask....We are on 15 points with 18 matches left. the good thing is something like 34 points might be enough to stay up this season. the BIG Question : is 5 wins, 4 draws and 9 losses realistic the rest of the way? (seems daunting)

a 6'-2" Cedric would do nicely. I too am sick of seeing Cedric beaten on the far post. (it's not due to the lack of effort, it's just his height limits his ability to defend in certain situations). Yes, Cedric is likely better going forward, but the priority right now is too stop leaking goals. After Varley picked up that yellow against Cardiff, it was right to pull him. His lack of experience put him in jeopardy of a second yellow. Start Valery, keep Cedric warmed on the bench.

really need the 3 points here. If not at Cardiff then where? Cardiff (a) Arsenal (h) Huddersfield (a) West Ham (h) Manchester City (h) Chelsea (a) 9 points after the holiday fixtures would get us to 18 points with 21 games played.

"we looked the better side" "we had better chances" shoulda, coulda, woulda. So sick of hearing it. How many points have we dropped so far this season, being the better side and having better chances? You know, an away point is only good when you win your home games. How is that working out for us? 6 points in 9 matches.. we are pace to finish with 24 points. Not good.

it was nice getting 3 points today... i was beginning to get sick and tired of "looking the better side" every match and not getting results. I am warming up to the PEH Lemina pairing. I still think we need Yoshida starting in place of Hoedt. The Redmond Bertrand left side is working well. Wish we could find an equally effective pairing on the right.

we are going to "we actually played alright", "the left side had a good game", and "we just need to eliminate 1 or 2 defensive mistakes" straight away to relegation. been hearing these sentiments for awhile now, and none of it is getting us any results.

Unless we have a huge rash of injuries, we have the squad we need to stay up. Now if Mo and Armstrong got injured, i could then see picking him up in January.

To those who say we really going to miss Boufal this season my response would be that we really missed him last season. His loan to Celta Vigo doesn't really move the needle much when evaluating this year's club against last year's club.
