  1. And you wonder why people who voted leave and behave like you do are so widely disliked?
  2. Or maybe not on this case? To be fair to the club, if they say they are going to do something and don’t, then they are fair game. If someone who says they are ITK says something and it doesn’t happen, the club can’t really be blamed can they?
  3. With all due respect to Manji, does he work for the club’s PR department?
  4. Oh, and if any Tory voters have deserted this thread, maybe it is because they are embarrassed to support Boris Johnson?
  5. Anti democratic? I would say that refusing a second vote was anti democratic (unless changing your mind is not allowed in a democracy) I would say that ignoring the will of the people in Scotland was anti democratic. I would say ignoring the will of the people in Northern Ireland is anti democratic. I would say ignoring the will of half the country is anti democratic. And as for constantly calling people who voted to stay “Remoaners” is not only very childish, it is also an ignorant comment about people who care about the future of the country and the people in it.
  6. And yet I know Labour supporters who swear blind the BBC is biased towards the Tories! Anyway, Boris always looks uncomfortable in front of an audience not of his persuasion so no surprise he didn’t do well. Given the amount of lies he spouts he is never going to look comfortable when question about telling the truth. Swinson was given the toughest time. As a LibDem voter myself from the 70’s to 2010 I can see why. I felt very let down when they joined the Tories and backed their austerity programme and I can’t trust them not to do it again. I guess many other LibDems feel the same. The trouble is where does your vote go? Certainly not to the Tories. I voted tactically last time (Labour) and will probably do the same again, but I would prefer to vote for the party of my convictions. The LibDems still have a long way to go to win back my trust.
  7. Did the club actually SAY that they were going to make an announcement or did it just come from a poster?
  8. Johnson got a roasting but not as much as Swinson. Not surprising given the sell out to the Tories. Corbyn did ok and Sturgeon was Sturgeon. Doubt if these things change anyone’s minds.
  9. Given the bunch of charlatan’s you support, I suspect you didn’t actually type that whilst being able to keep a straight face?
  10. But if there are going to be 30,000 owners, how are we going to slag all of them off every week on here?
  11. It is if he gets your wife or girlfriend pregnant.
  12. He was also interviewed on TalkSport a while back and hinted that he had various job opportunities in football, yet still nothing.
  13. Yet thousands enjoy holidays there every year. Go figure.
  14. Too late for Boris Johnson sadly.
  15. Yes, he really didn’t think much of The Don did he!
  16. I thought they had said that?
  17. Can you imagine the meltdown on here by certain individuals if Labour had put a bogus fact checker site up or if Corbyn had given special favours to a female “technical adviser”
  18. What is it about certain Tories that they have to labour certain bits of bull****? The usual deflection tactics I guess. Instead of pretending that Labour have some kind of scam running with voting fraud, why not concentrate on the wonderful Tory manifesto? Could it be because Johnson is making it up as he goes along?
  19. Labour benefit from voter fraud? If you had a vagina I would call you a dopey bird.
  20. What difference does it make what she wears? Johnson looks like an explosion in a dry cleaners but you don’t mention his attire.
  21. I stopped voting LibDem after the coalition with the Tories. They had a golden opportunity to change the electoral system but blew it. I wouldn’t be surprised if many more didn’t lose faith with them after that too. They really need a strong, charismatic leader to give them a bit of political clout now. Swinson doesn’t seem to be that person. Not sure which way I’ll vote this time round but I guess a Labour/LibDem coalition would be the best I could hope for.
  22. Tongue-in-cheek? I don’t think so. He is a dyed in the wool narcissist and the most arrogant of all of the current managers. I agree though it will be fun to see how his relationship pans out with Levy, the players and the Spurs fans.
  23. I’d be worried if they registered them without their knowledge.
  24. He answered more questions than Johnson who, as ever, was all bluster, deflection and sound bites. Politicians all tell you what they want to tell you, not what you want them to tell you. Perhaps this time people will vote based on policies rather than personalities but I doubt it. It seems as if we are turning into a mini America with our very own mini me PM.
  25. This has soap opera written all over it. Can’t wait to see how it plays out.
