Our resident ITK poster says the person will be revealed just before the first game after the international break. So next week. -
You think that the gender pay gap is ok? Surely it is basic discrimination?

Cedric Soares - Official: Loaned to Arsenal

You would hope that a professional footballer would have too much pride in their own performance to do something like that deliberately...but who knows? -
The employment figures in the UK falling at the quickest rate in 4 years. Boris still playing a blinder?

Quite old and quite a few. I am not sure what your point is? I was talking about the switch taking place the day before the election. I also wasn’t being entirely serious because it clearly would not happen would it? I think you are just looking for a row as usual. Just to recap, the whole point of my original post was the pretty much every potential Labour PM gets slaughtered in the press here. So jokingly I posited this cunning plan to thwart the Murdochs of this world. It was just a bit of fun. Do you remember fun? Why are we even having this exchange?
-
You are talking about illegal immigrants. What have the (Tory) Home Office been doing about it?
-
Who has been in control of immigration for the last decade John?
-
You really don’t think that, if Corbyn stood down the day before the election, we wouldn’t all hear about it? It would be all over social media, tv, radio in no time.
-
This would be the same Prime Mimister who said that this was not a national emergency at the weekend?
-
I have a cunning plan. The day before the election Corbyn stands down and Keir Starmer becomes leader of the Labour Party. The right wing press won’t have enough time to print slurs, slanders and blacken his name. He will revitalise the Labour vote overnight and blow the odious Johnson and his right wing chums out of power. Job done.
-
Just watched Johnson’s very bizarre party political broadcast. As usual, we had the tag line Get Brexit Done (which apparently can be done in the microwave) and Unleash Britain’s Potential. According to a statistical report on the BBC the other day 8 out of 10 Brits work in the service industry. Less than 1 in 10 work in manufacturing. So can we expect our post EU economical revival to be carried on the back of baristas, civil servants, nurses etc?

Not sure that he the final say on signings. He did say he was involved in the process though.

I think you are giving me far to much credit. There are those who trigger far more than I do. I just trigger my stalker and a few of his ilk. They tend to be of a right wing persuasion too, so that tells you something.
-
Blair? No thanks.
-
Unfortunately you are probably right. I just hope that those in the middle who are usually apathetic and turned off by politics in general get off their backsides and vote. We are very good in this country of letting the gobby ones get their way while we just sit back and moan about them. The Tories have caused this country no end of misery over the last decade and we have a golden opportunity to do something about it. Sadly we have become a nation of turkeys voting for Christmas, as Brexit proved. I am not overly hopeful that we aren’t just going to sit back and watch the country get taken over by those of far right persuasion.
-
Whereas the lurch to the right by your party is fine and dandy? Your lot are just the Brexit party/ UKIP with lipstick on.

Same swamp. Different day.

Lord Duckhunter and Lord Farage.

Knighted for standing for all that makes the country look small minded, insular and arrogant? Sounds about right.
-
Wasn’t the claim that the reason Puel, Pellegrini and Hughes all struggled put down to the squad?
-
Weren’t we told that they were all troublemakers and better off out of the squad? Are we now saying these players weren’t the problem and Ralph was?
-
Judging by the hardliners Tories on here, the moderates are not proper Tories and good riddance. Theresa May said not all that long ago that they were in danger of turning into the Nasty Party. Looks like she was spot on.
-
Still not dead in a ditch though.
-
If there was a falling out, why does it have to be of Hasenhuttl’s making? Couldn’t it have been of Rohl’s making?
-
It looks like we expected to shift out the dead wood quite easily and as it transpired, that wasn’t the case.
